My roomate has is savings in European bank I beleive. 6% interest. Not too shabby.

Get an F150 He wants better mileage, not to burn up the money in maintenance. LOL, my GM has cost me about 10x in maintenance for 1/3 the miles. Hmmm, we haven't had any GM vehicles that I can think of that we have had any real problems yet other than general maintenance. haven't you had issues with the caddy a few times? and it was real spendy too right?

I want an LMS 18" for the HT I think....... That or a few IB 18's of some brand or another. I wanted to do a pair of the SDX's from CSS, but I think I'm past that now.

for the first time in YEARS I paid someone to change my oil. it felt so weird.

Yes. Was fun, but not easy. A4, it was a 2001 I beleive.

Hmm, Lambo V10 expensive to maintain??? Lol. I agree that my issue with the S4 was it was the least exciting car that I drove; however, it would also be the easiest to drive everyday all day. It is almost boring it is so civilized which of course nearly makes it Japanese. Having snow tires already in 17" which will fit with some cheap rims (thank VW for that) means my out of pocket on the car is nothing...outside of the stereo As for the price jump, considering what you get paying around $30k for a 2006 S4 doesn't actually seem all that out of whack to me. Do realize that the exchange rate from Euro to $ has gone from 1.17 to 1.55 or so in the not so distant past. Pretty amazing these cars are affordable at all. Of course the classic rule of sales is get as much as you can. Considering in Germany right now that both Benz and BM'er are using the Audi as a benchmark I am not surprised they are asking a bit more. I would like to see more grunt in the 4.2 though. SO TRUE. If I were you it would be the s4(considering you fit) after your dissapointing ride in the benz. I used to be in love with audi, especialy when I had my Jetta. I really think audi makes a great design in their cars. They are beautiful and stylish. You know what eff it all I'm gonna get a Ruff and then everyone can kiss my rear.

I will say it happenes every once and a while, but that is the exception, not the standard to find knowledgable good guys.

Sean, I love the S5 too. I have one problem though. I am mad at audi. They have really made a huge price jump recently. The cars are great, but I honestly thing they need to step up the performance/power a bit in the S cars. The RS line is also what I would call a joke (GASP) WTF OMG. The RS is in the top 10 most expencive to maintain cars in the world. Up there with the SL 600's and the CL 600 as you pointed out before. The audi's are sexy, cool, and have a nice fit and finish, but not enough in those aspects to make up for slightly less that what I would expect for performance. They get away with it though because their formula works. The S5 really shows it. V8 check MANUAL option Check Sexy as FOOK Check You can trick it as much as a civic Check Amazing intuitive controls Check It's not Japonease. CHECK 2 door that can actualy seat 4 but still looks coupe CHECK

WOW!! Why are all these amazing cars all autos.... I told the W since I can't have my AMG now, I'm going to buy a CTS-V 4 years from now in a stick. First used one to come back! Just needs to be black on black with a stick. lol I guess I did sit in the E at night. It looked verry clean and smelled of fresh air freshiner to me. Even under the hood looked solid. Maybe I was just too captivated. It ideled great and revved up well when I was there. Did you see the black one? Sounds like the E is not meant to be. I wanted to look at the C also, but they couldn't find that either. I think the C is not so pretty from the outside. My cohort titled it the Mazda-Benz when we saw the first couple that arived in maplewood. The AMG it much better looking though I will say that. I wish I could fit in an S4, but it was truely awefull shape for me and the wife when we tested it. Maybe if I could lean back in it gangstah style, but then driving it would be worthless. The S5 was MUCH nicer.

I would take the E55 over the audi. WHat did you think though, and have you driven the audi S6?
-
that does sound fun!
-
OK OK I lied. I wil buy 2 ARs. Just not RIGHT now.
-
That sounds good. If it was me picking up that AR-10 I'd get a flat top and put some nice glass on top of it. But I don't know what you plan on using it for, my use would be anything out to 800yrds. exactly the same! I want Semi auto and not retarded long range but 800 is about what I am looking for. I really like the SASS system, but thats a fair amount to throw down. As you call it, there is a bunch of "tacticrap" on it too. Really nice set up though. My personal choice would be about a 22" fluted heavy bull barrel, target crown, two stage match trigger, upgraded adjustable stock, flat top, bi-pod, and a matte blued finish if I could get it. Then for the tacticool crap I'd get one in .223, 16" barrel, aimpoint, light, tactical sling, collapsible stock, etc. I'm don't think I will be buying 2 full ARs. I need something I can hunt in the woods, and have fun shooting LR.

And a TOP. WOOT!

Fixed that for you sir.
