I thought maybe you pulled something out of whack in your rotator cuff. I have done that before while chopping wood. You did say cutting, I imediately thought chopping with an axe. Great way to do some dammage to the shoulders when you get tired and make a wrong swing.

pull something in your cuff?

I have the Pio 880. I love it. I was in your shoes exactly. I think the Pio is easier to use, and looks more finished. -
Stereophile couldn't have done better. I tried. I hope he expands on it some more.

Good start. Can you elaborate more, comment on how you would compare this to other subs you have tried in your truck? Play a few different types of music and tell us what impressed you, and what could be done better.

I will have the apple AND the coffee, if it will make you feel better. =) I don't need to add anymore sugar to my diet. I barely have time enough to get the excercize I need to. And I sit for my day job. It's awefull. That and I love COFFEE. Only better stimulant is ephedra. r Right now I just need stimulants.
-
Apples have more energy in them. I drink coffee for stimulants, and it's amazing flavor. Coffee also has the ability more than many other stimulant beverages to really give me a better kick in the pants. millegram to millegram coffee works better, and also, here in MN it will be cold soon, and nice hot coffee is great on a cold day. Something apples are not so high in. =) mmMMMmm stimulants

x2 All the money people spend in some shop with type arrrrghz and stuff when you could upgrade for less.

I will also say that anytime I can, I purchase through SSA. Even if it's a few more bucks or I have to wait. I wish I would have waited on an iCON or xCON instead of my 18" Q.... I haven't even listened to the woofer yet. It might go into the HT without ever seeing use in the truck. lol

Kslice, he admited to not being a fan of eD. He also said it sounds verry good. From my point of view visitor really only wanted people to be warned of the lower quality build practices. I think it's good information as most people out there DO clip their subs at some point, or give them a BIT too much power. Or pick any other of the bajillion other abuse that modern woofers go through. In a nice perfect clean room with perfect set up, this sub may sound GREAT for the money. Or even better than anything at that cost, but it not only looks fragile it truely is. Those spiders should not have reacted like that. My money will always go to something over built not just barely tows the line.
-
This is the result of someone wanting a pretty outside, and taking the extra funds for that FROM quality building materials and process. I have heard so much about eD both good and bad, but when it really comes down to it, every time I see one it looks like it's been cheeply made.

I hope you know Aaron, that what you do for us all as individuals and and on the forum as a hole has a huge impact. The lots of work with no reward has enriched many peoples lives that's for sure.

Basically what I'm doing. Primer gives character HA! I would cry. The black paint is so rich on this expedition. Someone loved it. I might just see what a new pait job or touch up would cost with my best buddy deal from my friend. =/
-
I have just been using touch up paint before anything happens but I saw a light dusting of rust on one of the gouges... It breaks my heart. My friend paints cars. I might see if he can help me out. I'm thinking the same I keep the paint in as best of condition as I can and touch up as she goes. Mechanicaly she's a doll. I have one of those "sport" intakes on it though. I kind of wish I had something different there.

I am getting a bit of random rust spots from dings. Classic door opening, and back hatch door spots.... I don't want to have a problem. I thought about cleaning the frame and spraying some rust stopper, but... the truck is 11 years old. I don't know if it's really worth putting a bunch of money or time into trying to make her last another 11 in mint or just allow her to age and rust away into a farm only type vehicle.

Get an F150 He wants better mileage, not to burn up the money in maintenance. LOL, my GM has cost me about 10x in maintenance for 1/3 the miles. Hmmm, we haven't had any GM vehicles that I can think of that we have had any real problems yet other than general maintenance. haven't you had issues with the caddy a few times? and it was real spendy too right? Broken ground wire in a tail light lost all rear electrical, shit happens, took 3hrs to find and no money. Water pump at 140k miles, normal maintenance, 200$ All of my other bitching has been doing the stereo. Really for a caddy, not bad. No, not bad, grandparents haven't had a problems with it either, it throws random codes for servicing the transmission, but it has done that for 50k miles and hasn't had a problem, nor has anyone ever been able to find out whats wrong with it. I haven't thought of tackling that problem yet either. One of the guys I work with, his dad works for a cell phone company and buys Cadillacs at ~130k and runs them up to 250k or so on the highway with no problems so I have some hope that it'll last for a long time. I hope my expedition runs that long. I need to address the paint however. It has about 190k on it, but the engine only has 4500 on it and new refurbished 4wd set up.

Tippy top. I gotta make up for lost posting time, but I don't have too much to say. I am quite relaxed.

I buy my new PJ, and screen today I think. Then go to home and measure the seats I liked, and then buy the equiveleint online for 1/4 the price! Woot.
