friday afternoon, hope to see some sweet cars tonight, and Queen pounding in the headphones. Only way to get better is to be at home on the couch with a case of sesion. Yum.

This is a custom kit vehicle with a chev block in it. I think it's set up pretty well, around the 550 HP mark I think.... After this guy is done he will probably have more into this kit than it would take to buy the real deal. I helped with making the body panels match up, and endless hours of building up and sanding. there was waaaaay to much work into this IMHO, but it will probably end up faster than the car it's trying to imitate. Not my bag of chips, but it's still pretty cool. I didn't fit in it *without* the seats in it though, so not quite my idea of luxury.

I think I'm going to go to the auto show tonight..... I have some cheep tickets in the truck I think.

I WISH. My only pics I got in cali were with my cell phone. The digi cam battery died, and the spare was dead too.. And somehow erased my pics half way through the trip. Most of what I have was the car, and some from the Neverender show when I was there. I would need to figure out how to get them off that cameral. I can work the SLR but the other one all I can do is point and shoot.

Most are great people and if your respectful and admit to doing wrong they will let it go with a warning or smaller ticket. But OTHER times, you get the cop who just lost his wife to another man, she took his house, most his money, AND his BEER, and he is looking for someone to fudge up. And everytime a cop see's me im that person that has to be with that cop that is a dick.. Better than being that target for an angry sad and lonely IRS agent.

most cops are great people. They have helped quite a few people I have had 3 bad run ins in my life total. 2 were insane, just really shameful behavior, but the other was not too bad. His point of view was just different than mine of that situation. They have a tough job, and most of the time it sucks.

I would say I do 85% of the meal making at home. I love to cook. I grew up using la creuset cookware, and I loved it ever since I was a kid. I have a pretty large extended family and when I was young I would help get food ready for thanksgiving Easter etc. Learning family foods. I have never seen a recipe for rye borscht the way we make it. It's extra sour, yum. Anyway. Yes I love to cook, and that set of cookware is more than the cost of my last car I'm sure the wife worked Ebay magic though. That is a nice engine start button huh? One of the coolest memories I have.

Here is my early present from the wifey Here are a few of the kitchen. ^---this is my dishwasher. I love it very much. The fridge is good, the oven I'm not so excited about. The cabinets are not installed yet, as you can see, and no counter tops. We need to install the gas line for the cook-top soon too. Having a quality gas cook-top will make me one happy man. I haven't had decent cooking facilities in years. $$$ just pouring out into this project. Not to happy about that, but I got great deals on everything I have got so far accept the cabinets, and they are the only thing I'm pissed about so far.
