unfortunately my life got busy again. I think I told everyone one of my dipshit roomates flooded my house, then moved out. Now my best buddy flooded my house. 2 completely seperate problems, non related, within 3 months time. lol He felt worse than I did I think. but that made me miss 2 days work this week, and now I'm remodeling the bathroom a bit. On the upswing, we will qualify for the first time home buyers program from last year. A nice interest free 7500 dollar loan paid back over 15 years. Woo hoo! Too bad it's not like this years. 8000 dollars that you DON'T pay back. Oh well. It will go towards some stone counter tops maybe for the kitchen! Unless the wife doesn't qualify for federal aid for school. Then the money goes towards her education.....

aaaaaand.... one of our media shelfs. Completely disorganized... It's a mess. Need to get cleaned up before June!!! the real reason i show this is so you can see the wood behind the shelfs. It's 3/4 or better cedar(I beleive). Just rough cut. It's antique wood from a barn I beleive. the woman painted it to make it look older. The random weird shit in this house is staggering.

good lens meets good lens. a bit reminicent of HAL. I have yet to ceiling mount the PJ. It does great for now. In the back it's a black berkline leather couch. Great couch, soft and comfy. leg rests too. I got it for a song really. The front is my baby though. Nice thick leather, supple and buttery. Not as soft as the berkline. I'm a great big fat guy though so it works. It has a center console that pulls down So for friends coming over there can be beer and snacks, it also has heat and vibrations for the 2 side seats. If the wife wants snuggle time, it works, if I want beer and nachos, etc, then I get that too. Best of both worlds. Also got a great deal. I spent less than 2k on the pair delivered. Getting them down through a drop through in my kitchen because I have a spiral staircase.... well that's why we have friends right?

the center chan is amazing. Again for the cost these speakers are great for HT. I only have a 5.1 right now. I like these, wish I would have paid for the rc70's not the 50's but oh well. Notice the finger prints... They get moved all the time right now, and I've been lazy lol

A buddy of mine has Sirius in his Jeep. Personally I love it. Good variety and only lose signal in underpasses and parked under metal roofs. J Not sure on if I get it, if I should get Sirius or XM, you know if there are any major differences? just burn CD's from mp3's. I do know some people that love it. Another great free/cheep option, is to use podcasts. You can subscribe and upload whenever you want. I would only use it if I couldn't find what I wanted on the internet. And I have yet to run into that problem. I'm tried of burning CD... Yea, lame excuse I know. What I would love to have is a laptop as a carputer with a WLAN card pulling Pandora and streaming that into the stereo... If a company could link pandora.com into a satellite radio station, people would pay good money for that, myself included. Make it so you set it up on a computer but can pull say, 6 stations off of your in car radio from pandora. podcast man. or CARPUTER! carputer is the cheapest and most flexible. Just takes work on your part. A laptop can be a carputer, but I wouldn't bother spending that much money on a carputer. I don't beleive in reaccuring costs much like satalite radio.

At times I wish I would have gone same width just 16x9 instead. At the time though the electronic console needed to stay there, so didn't have an option. Maybe next house I will do a full acousticaly transparent wall and build custom speakers. Maybe upgrade to some genec's... anyway, for now... I'm really happy. It's a messy hell hole and audio or video have not been calibrated yet, but it's quite good for the current time. My new receiver is really impressive. I went from an older integra to the z7 from yamaha.

A small part of me wish's I would have gone with an anamorphic lens compatable PJ, but for the price, the picture quality is pretty astounding. I love epson for the quality at their price point. In the light controlled room I have MUCH more brightness than I need too.

never saw the movie. I will say rolling around beverly hills in that aston with the top down and then through Malibu made me feel like a million bucks. It was a MUCH needed vacation. I needed to get out of town and blow through money like a mad man. I'm not prone to parting with me money. I just needed something after all the BS last year, thank god the wife was understanding, and I went with a buddy and not her!

I have a nasty chemical peal on the tank too. That's a horrible picture, as the white portion is actually coated in a white pearl over the top. It's pretty much sex. not visible from a camera too well. shows up in sunlight well though. Probably will go back paint the whole thing black, then blue pearl over the black. We spilled a drop of pearl onto a bit of material that had been hit with some black, and it was amazingly sexy. It shows up on black better really. I could to blue with a pearl over that too, but I'm not sure if I would like that. Part of going black, is less flashy. The thite sticks out SOO much at night. A bit hard hide in the bushes if there are cherries out there after you.... not that I would ever partake in anything illicit that could garner the need..

Every review or article I have read on the 2010's say they addressed any and all complaints with the 2008, especially handling and interior. it looked much btter in person at the car show than in the pics I have seen. I couldn't look inside well really I was massively impressed with the new taurus. It looks GREAT compaired to most cars in that scale and range of cost.
