No that has to come later. I HAVE to sell my car, motorcycle, and wives car first. She gets a car before I do, mostly because I am more confident in selling her car than mine right now being awd. As soon as she gets something that can tow the boat, I will sell my truck. Then we have someone vault the garage ceiling, I shop for a lift, and then the Pantera can come. Considering it's Oct in MN, now wouldn't be the best time anyways. My guess is spring 2011 is my target to be driving it date. If you need paint/body, when the time comes, one of my closest friends has won a few awards for his pain on classics. I'm not soliciting him because he needs work actually, but because he is THAT good. He does things right. I don't know if I ever put up the lambo fiero convert he did... volvo's have the second best seats only beat by AMG seats. At least since the last time I checked. I think I have talked myself out of the 996. I did some reading on it, and it's 99% horror stories about the cylinder sleves comming out. The turbo's didn't have the problem because it was an over built engine. Same with the 2002 or later models. Back to finding a sedan/small SUV that makes my right foot happy.

I may be bailing a friend out of jail or something similar. we were supposed to be moving some furniture, and then test driving a car he wanted to look at, but he just shot me a text "plans changed call me when u get up i love you bro" and he's in s mpls..... he live in arden hills...... Something is afoot I suspect.

have you put them up for sale yet? I would just love a bigger budget. =) that's a perpetual itch however. I think right now if I could have any car though reguardless of price and I could only pick one car it would be a tie between the current benz s65 the previous body style e63 or a fully tuned and loaded 996 turbo S. The current C63 comming in close too, I dont know it I fit though. As for 996 reliability, I find page after page or engine failure and it happens around 50K, but doesn't seam to happen to the turbos. I love the cayman too and would wait for price to drop there but I do not fit. period. I cannot make it ok to be inside one without modding the body.
