whenever Sean2 dressed up for ren fest in ful great kilt fation I would tell him to stop adjusting his skirt and hurry up. heheheh nothing gets their ire like calling it a skirt.

Yummy! It worked no matter who they fought. .... it wasn't the spears and axes that intimidated the enimy. And as for the romans/greeks, they stopped fighting for a different reason. We didn't get a large robust sausage named after nordic cultures because we're good cooks.

Come in talls? I think we have a few of the XXL left, but not sure if that is big enough. I'm aiming to loose ~100 lbs. Then I'll get me one XXL. Maybe I should buy one and try it on everyday untill it fits.

I cannot find a better moniter than the hanns g 28. not at that size even if we throw out price point. There may be better, but I couldn't find it. I'm actually thinking of ordering a 2nd one. Really amazing, just as good of a picture as my Samsung. The color balance and brightness were SERIOUSLY jacked when I unboxed ti, but that ain't shit. When sean unboxed it whil ebuilding my machine his term was "I turned it on and it instantly burned my eyes from lens to retina and throught the optic nerve." He's a bit of a night person and aparently it was like the sun in the living room back at the old apartment.

As soon as my hours become more reliable here at work I'm going to be picking up a little PT work. Goint to start a few things this week for time scheduling to make my health and wealth more automatic. I'm going to make sure I can loose a TON of weight. When I hit my goal weight I'm going to buy a hot rod. Unless something else comes out of left feild it will be an E55 or an E63. Without a goal and reward I will do nothing. I'm also 99% sure CBR is gonna go away. I love the bike, but I NEED a car and more often than not I need have the ability to pick up the wifey, even if I planned it to be fun play time. The GG quadster would fit the bill but I don't care if it's made out of diamonds, 65k for that "bike" is nonsense for me at this point in my life.

oh boo hoo Quit your bitchin', most would kill for that situation Ha, yeah I know I'm not in too bad of a situation. I just want 10 lbs danget, 10 lbs. Try eating late at nite, it helped me out in picking up weight anytime I need to. I want muscle weight, not to just gain weight in general. It will just take me some time. Well I do understand that, just work out more and drink some muscle milk (its hard to put on weight doing things the right way but everyone is different). I pick up muscle weight by getting picking up my weight first and then working out harder to make up for the added weight. I do drink about 30-35g of whey protein in milk after lifting. I've heard some people have been able to just add the weight then tone down as you said, but I can't really do that. I play basketball and run too much and I don't want to get out of shape at all for that. So I'm kinda stuck with the slow way I suppose. HIGH GI sugars after your work out. 60+ grams. COmbine that with ~15grams of protein at the same time, and then ~40 within the next hour. Then pound rice or pasta when you get home. No fat untill right before bed time though.
