You are obviously a listener. Get ready for every woman you meet to tell you something that you aren't really sure you wanted to know. Couldnt agree more..............God knows I have been told things I would of been alot happier not knowing. With great power comes great responsibility

Perhaps a change in station is appropriate It was in the random music from Sean's PC. We also heard some classics from Ween and I beleive li'l Troy - Still a B in my book. Classics. Horrible songs but have funny memories.

Ah Gotcha, sorry didn't know what you meant! width is fine, so long as it's not deeper. I could probably get away with a 7.. maybe even 8" driver in width, it would be going deeper that would be a nono. Height is perfectly fine and could go taller if needed.

It's all too frequent.

LOL peng. Jack wouldn't know what to do with a girl in heat if he saw one. He's not even 2 yet, so he's probably still in the girls have cooties stage. He was the runt at the breeder and was going to be a show dog, but he is so submissive, she couldn't keep him with her stud dog. She bred Cavaliers also and when the little girls were in heat the big male would get Alpha on Jack.

maintenance, you're doin it wrong.

Jack is an English mastiff, Cornhole is a pit terrier mastiff mut. Cornie is a good dog, just WAY too much energy for my house!

Budget? I really don't want that to be a limiting factor. If I really had to come down to it? I doubt I would invest more than 300-400 for a pair for everything. That puts it in the realm of cost of the NHT classic 3's that I really liked(though extremely harsh IMO) and under some of the b & w's. How big is too big? I JUST talked her into "small" floor standers. Either I have been a good husband and pleased the W, or the other shoe is dropping. Either way... I'll give max dimentions, but for right now she said. "smaller than your towers". I have the RC50 from energy (pre klipsh) which are deep as FOOK. I could go taller though. Here is a link. http://www.energy-speakers.com/na-en/products/rc-50-overview/ Umm, those are small. Not to my wife. And thanks for making my HT 'peakaz feel undersized, and now I have to upgrade.....

I could blow glass in it. I regularly find medium size hunks of glass in the ash when I let the old coal burn off. I'm pretty sure it can get into the 900's at the grate if not much more. I should also mention that it burned off the felt gasket they have on there in less than 5 seconds once after opening while insanely hot. I bought some Cotronics gasket, if you'd like some no problemo never seen that before. AWESOME! I will take you up on that! 1500 deg F gasket material and I have a whole roll. Something like $70 for it, but I decided it was necessary. I only saw a spreadable material on the web site. I'll look further. it sounds absolutely great. How did you get it to stick to the cooker, will it adhere to ceramic.

"I will not have my friend ridiculed by the common soldiery!! Would anyone else like to have a little giggle when I mention my friend Bigus Dickus? He has a wife you know.... Know what she's called? Incontenentia, Incontenentia Buttuxs!"

honestly for regular grilling a gas grill has a ton of advantages. It's not wrong to go the gas route. Smoking though, if you have an interest I would really recommend spending more than less. The quality of lower cost smokers shows fast. The BGE for example won't rust out on me. It's ceramic. And since it insulates so well you can to so much more in cold weather. I only cooked with my BGE while my kitchen was out of order. I went 1 month with no other cooking device. Not even a hot plate. Then I got a water boiling tea pot, and it was another month untill the oven was in. Then another month and a half before the cook top. This was in MN winter with LOTS of wind and snow.

will you primarily be smoking or grilling? How many people do you want to feed? Ribs butts brisket?
-
My gut instantly screams no So for a beginner like me that would not be a good starter grill? Do you want to smoke with it? You are in a cold climate, I honestly whould think the best starter smoker is the BGE. It's probably the most forgiving, and the easiest to keep at a steady temp. It's even more important on the northern part of the states where it's cold. I drum type smoker won't seal as well(in general) and at that price point I would think the craftsmanship won't hold up. for years on end. and will have a LOT of play in the joints.
