lol I think its working as I'm confused about the last line of your post pseudaphed would help, as far as I know the active ingredient in mucinex is there to break up phleghm. basically so u can cough it out. you will still make more though. that's where the ephedra like drugs and antihystamines come into play. your nose runs because the glands are over active. the anti hystamines stop that process. ephedra like compounds constrict blood vessels and help "dry out" further. It also is a branchio dialator helping ut to get more air in Epi pens work against super bad reactions for similar reasons ephedra works. Its also a stimulant so makes it easier to "feel normal" the anti inflamatories help with reducing the swelling in your sinuses and nose and throat and air way. Also reduces pain. asprin works so well because it thins the blood too, and amplifies the efects of things like ephedra. Mucinex D has 600mg Guaf and 60mg Pseudoephedrine. I added a blast of Rob DM 100mg Guaf and 10mg DM along with a couple Ibroprofen. I now feel like fucking a pharmacy. fixded

I never put 1 and 1 together about DM lol. I read an article about how DM works recreationally. It seamed to massivle eff up the kids who took it, but it sounds like it's probably due to all the other crap in cold meds. crazy. on a side note, I'm home now.. was going to take something for my stuffy nose, that I'm sure Sean gave to me, and I'm out of alka c and f. boo

I just read that the drug in chocolaite, theobromide(sp) as for DM I never knew the DM in mucinex was the same as in robitussin. I grew up around kids who would go "tussin trippin". Sounded like bad news to me. A bottle of tussin mixed with sprite

coffee helps because it's hot, it's a constricts blood flow and for what ever the reason it helps people with asthma and I have no fookin idea why.

sounds like a damn CHAMPION. I think I settled in a pattern the alkeseltzer because it works in just a few minuites. And I don't feel like a deusche taking it every 2-3 hours.

Alkaseltser cold and flu. Orange flavor. And if you're feeling ballzy day quill. To me, I would rather take something off the street. it's the Knock out punch. Crap, got impatient and went already. The pharmacist gave me Mucinex with pseudoephedrine and said it should be the ticket. that should do it too. I'm not familiar with mucinex but that should break it up and thin the mucus(reduce congestion) and then pseudaphed will dry it out(stop drainage) If your sinuses are sore or you just want the pseudaphed to work better take some asprin. Tylenol would be ok too, just not as pimpin. and make yourself some spicey ohm noms.

if I remember correctly alka cold and flu is also dosed so each of the drugs in it are 1/2 the max 4-6 hour dose. makes custom dose nice, and not illeagle/unethical really. If I was near death 4 biscuits in a low ball followed by a few gallons of water (you get dried out). If I was only kinda not perfect recovering... 1 buscuit. I would also take the tip from peng. Make some spicey food. I like soup to get liquids and salt in me, so hat ramun. But carnitas or thai food works. Wasabi works ok too even though it's not through the capsaisin response. It's the same as mustard if I recall correctly. anyway, it all makes your O-fact'ry go into hyper mode and clear it all out. then the vaso constrictors can dry up the juice factory without the thick congested slime..

That said, compaired to most energy drinks, it's like slapping 2 15 bar turbos to your engine and running top fuel. And less acid and other chemicals in most. you can still buy whole ephedra legally and brew it into tea...would be a fun project... I can't find the asain plant variety. The american one is suposedly completely different chemical make up.

I got tested too after years of ephedra. Higher levels sometimes too. For amphetamines for add adhd I think provigil is AMAZING.

another great trick is take come cayenne. I would take a little chilli powder on the tongue and then boil mustard powder and chilli powder and steam my face with a towell over my head when I was younger and it would get to the point where I couldn't breathe well anymore. Worked like a champ. Then I got older found ephedra, and badabing worked like a CHAMP. Chinease know whats up.
