it's kind of like dips. I don't use benching to get bigger/stronger I use dips. But to say you did dips with 10 lbs... well doesn't really say too much. it doesn't matter if you weight 400 lbs or not. Benching became standardized for chest work out.

3 set or 3 reps? 3 reps. my lower back and hip suck from sitting at a desk all day and being so insanely fat right now. Why don't you use less weight so that you can do squats? Squats are good for core building I do/did, but saying I did 5 sets of 150 for 6 really doesn't sound so great, and it's really not me moving up in the world of lifting. doing 100 lbs more on the sled for 2 more reps than I did last week.... and it's 4 digits deep. That's HOP worthy.

I have a different definition of a squat box... =) where else would I do squats. That way if I crap myself... I'm already there.

I got into the squat box last night. My body is still too weak to get a good work out but I managed to get 245 for 3 with only a bit of hip and back stress/pain. I pushed 1000 on the sled though 2 sets of 8 then a few cool down sets. Time to move the weight up. I will have my gyms machine topped out before winter is over. I hope my core and hip can get strong enough to squat by then and use the sled as an after thought.

Conservatism is dying and that makes me sad. This isn't conservatism dying though. This is a social issue. I don't care if your Gay black purple or martian and imigrated here legaly. Conservatism is a multifaceted ideology that includes social, fiscal, and economic issues, amongst others. So technically, lithium could be considered corrected, however, keep in mind it was a mayoral election in Texas between a white woman and a black man True. I just hate the fact that people like Glen other make me not want to be called a Republican. I'm trying to take back and isolate the term conservative for those that are fiscally conservitive and leave the social out of it. Just call yourself a fiscal conservative and be done with it then I'm using the democratic approach of CHANGE for the new meaning of conservative. I'm also trying to bring back the word rad. In fact... under my premis, government should have NOTHING to do with social behavior and/or interaction. It's sad that they do in a place that calls itself Free.

Well, where did he shoot it? In her mouth for a hole in one. YES. Speaking of, the gf didn't believe me that I read that eating pineapple makes semen taste better. I told her that I'd be willing to eat 3 pineapples a day for scientific purposes. She agreed to test it out A couple of girl told me that I used to eat pineapples all the time, actually all fruit can do it but one told me that pineapples was the best. Lately I been eating my fruit and alot of pineapples. What is even better is one of the main girls who first told me this is coming in town this Thursday so she will enjoy. It doesn't change the flavor of your sauce magically, it may ever so slighly. Foods like fruits however help with natural BO. And what you smell is what you taste.... Ever smell your heuvos bag? prolly less than apetizing.

Congradulations! I cannot fly in any branch of the service. I was going to get my pilots liscence untill some big financial issues hit me when I was freshly 18. My idea was to do life flight for people. What I'm saying is I'm jelous. Deeply!
