    Welcome to the IHoP

I am just about to pony up and get a new pair. I might resole but the sides are looking rough. I put my redwings through pure hell. Mine are about 8 years old?

My room mate is Sean, and I think Sean1 then called him Sean2..... even though he isn't on the board. Just so there was no confusion . Not that anyone would confuse my basement dweller with the fish whisperer.

This is what I understand too. What's funny is the kuhmo MT tires get great snow reviews. These duratec's will do really good I think. I get 30 days to test them out. The ride is MUCH more plush and the hum is much lower than from my old tires. The silent armors you recomended and the Nittos(I actually had 3 other local guys recomend them) would have been a week or more time to order. As it was they had to get the duratec from the local distributer. Ther fvkked up though and put the white lettering inside not out. I wanted to be flashy with one thing on my truck... oh well. They look mean as all hell and grip well. I did however notice that they were boiling hot when I got home after they were put on. My ford has them so low on air for factory tollerance I'm thinking about maybe pumping up the PSI a bit.

i went with some TOYO A/T from exp Open country A/T's? I wanted bigger lugs with more snow throwing powa. If I don't like these I'll switch to the MT kuhmos or the goodyear wrangler MT style. I think the wrangler duratec will be better in snow than the wrangler MT version.
  5. You already know.... Either the M156 from AMG or maybe the 12cyl twin turbo. *non built versions aside.

I'm Matt2. I'm not sure if I have read it or not. I have read SO many books on the subject. I worked at a nutrition store and read all of the nutrition and health books we had front to back. There was this one guy who did the body for life challenge who created his own spin off and I think I liked his practicle aproach the most. Really cool stuff. That's where I was introduced to Udo's oil.

I have ran 5 tanks of regular through my truck, and then 5 of premium. I get better mileage on premium by a bit. I get even better if I buy regular and use an additive(octane booster mix or just lucas oil product). I have yet to try several tanks of premium with a boster product.

you can use any octane without "hurting" the engine. You will just get poor performance. If you are really concerned perhaps an octane booster pluss the near 91 octane would work to get the octane value you need.

I wouldn't give him anymore dang rides, but he's tried to get his liscence 2 times now and failed. I'm trying to encourage good behavior..... Sometimes he's like having a teenager who pays rent.

My gut is definately shrinking. That's awesome. usually the first week of dieting makes me bloat and gain weight/size. Introducing weights and more pedaling this week should help a lot. I need to find my myo tape or just buy another one. Usually come free from some online supplement stores.

ungh.... work load is HUGE today. Someone forgot a step in these reports so it makes auditing and filing all this paperwork a nightmare to stop and write down info for every single sheet of paper. I'm going to slow my roll and work through lunch so I'm not rushing.

    Health check

today is the first day I'm not craving carbs badly. Also when I had my omelette I felt energy after eating it. This is a good sign. It means my body isn't searching for carbs blindly even with other food sources. I am not sure how much weight I have lost in a week but It's some. I home to crack out the myo tape tonight and start getting some measurements. Then it's goal setting time.

    Logging my Progress

Sounds like you're doing great. Make sure you take the fish oils! Just not right after pedaling. I got my udo's oil and after 3 days taking it I am starting to see skin improvement. That's the biggest thing for me with my psoriasis as I can tell right away. For you it will help with stamina and keeping you moving even when depleted.
