I have the same issue lately. It's even worse as I have had a lot more pain than normal. If I then take strong enough pain meds to block the ouch, I'm up ALL night.

I know how you feel J. It can be tough to ride things out. I made some choices that landed me here and I thought this is what I wanted/needed because I burned out working too much and too hard instead of intelegently. I also didn't realize at that time where my strengths were. Now in this new work climate I see what comes naturally to me. It's really bad when the majority of staff come to me over concerns and questions rather than take it up with leadership. What's worse is even though I can't change anything I can difuse the issue better than my leadership can even if our leadership completely resolves the concern. The lack of communication and resource management is just demoralising. I'm trying to work through this here though and boning up on management reading, and general "self help" reading. Dale Carnigie etc. It's no so much that I need to learn the skills, but being refreshed and actively paying attention to these atributes is the single most important tactic in being successfull. Since I have no damn clue what I want to do for education warming up with some moral boosting reading is a great way to rev up the engines.

I used to average 72 hours a week. It's nice only working 40 a week now, however I make truckloads less. In addition to the $$ I'm starting to miss being in charge. I worked too high up too fast and got effed over too much so I burned out. Now I'm finding that I'm not only worth more when I can help train and lead people but also that I am much more tallented in the leadership roles than I am in the follow order roles.

Yup. I'm negative untill about august. That's changing drastically this year though.

I'm completely ignorant in this but why is a 2 stroke better than a 4 stroke for sleds Sean?

Thanks mang. Can't wait to map out the area, really sick of paper. Downloaded the mymaps app and it will keep track of everywhere I go and allow me to label everything. This means I can finally map the ditches when I find a great one and not be sad after a great route that I'll never find it again. that sounds like a great plan.

Got me one of these too. Had to replace the rental. So I got a new one and gave the BILaw the one I had.... Cleans like an M effer, and the 4.5 cuf drum acts bigger than it is. http://www.lg.com/us/appliances/washers/LG-steam-washer-WM3360HWCA.jsp

Oh yes I forgot to mention at the price and feature point I did end up picking the prettiest one too. It's kind of weird that when I weighed out everything the best LOOKING receiver also had everything that a guy could want. Hooray for Marantz.
