Peng, on your shins issue, do you pronate or supponate?
-
I don't know how it would work, or if it would be legal, on windshields but I would like to get a metal film on that. Thre windsheild has no film as it was replaced and front windows are significantly less tinted than the back.
-
I hate that gangster type tint with the sunglasses style mirror finish though. A little reflection is classy, a mylar looking window is horrid. I think on my truck it's really nice, but that was factory tint.
-
Then again I promise that northern MN in the dead of winter after snow is on the ground and the sun is blasting is eleventybajillion times more bright that texas sun.
-
If I were in the market, I would go metalic. If I were in the market in Texas I would find a combo that would be a dyed film and a metalic.
-
Metalic will allow for less tint but still stopping the heat.

And the art of war.

If I know anything really well it's the art of practical fat guy running.

Yep, I've heard very good things about the M&P 45. One of the best .45's out there. I have not shot the S&W, but I really like the XDM. Quite a bit in fact.

Ugly shit. Again behind the game. Just copying Ford and losing. You took the words out of my mouth. It's a poor copy.

I blew out both of my knees and rehabbed them, jogging being the main method as I couldn't to much in the way of resistance. I'm and was a big fella too and that puts a lot more stress on you. If you're willing to be open and honest I promise I can help you out What do you weigh and what kind of shoes do you have?

Ugh, I am not a fan of canned interview questions. Context is way more important. Yup. And you are probably tallented at hiring people. The thing here Sean is it's roughly 75% women in a lot of the departments I go to. They ask tons of touchey feely questions, and in this case it applies in the way that the job requires us to deal with providers with skill and softness, and spoon feed them and look calm whilst hustling behind the scenes and working with opressive deadlines and b to b crappyness. It's like how I imagine you and R2 dealing with PHD's only you can't get tough with them because they "SAVE LIVES DAMNIT!" and don't have time for the paperwork. In truth I would probably slaughter this job and be able to take on the work of all the people in the group. I just don't know if it's the right fit.

I feel so jazzed up from getting stuff done. I will have to hold onto this feeling no matter what. Ya nim noga gavadu parooski too.

A call back would be awesome, but I'm definately not moving into the position unless it's a nice bump in pay. It also better be a "pro" job not "tech". I will earn a bundle more time off that way, and time off = pay.
-
I gave a few examples where I helped people out despite their outword appearance and it turned out awesome, but I honestly couldn't think of a time where I prejudged someone so badly that the experience stuck with me.

Que? How to sum it up.... I have a tendancy to jump in and take the reigns of projects and situations. It sounds like they operate a bit more laid back. So while it's way more organized than what I do now I had the gut feeling like it's a lot of hurry up and wait. I also may be more "direct". I also say the notes she took for the interview, and they were really basic. Our rapport was great with the manager and the other young lady in the role I would be a peer to. I also had a crazy question thrown at me. She asked to remember a time where I missjudged someone.

I need to oil up the sheepskins though. I should be rocking those today and not my old garbage. Maybe I could polish up these old things and put in a new insole and then continue to rock them on the casual casual. I really should bite the bullit and buy some TPU soled walking shoe but I'm cheep and lazy.
-
I think I did great on the interview but I don't know if I'm the right fit for the position. I might be too energetic and motivated to get stuff done.

I used to crush rims and seats on a monthly basis when I would ride. Back when I was fit I was a bad mamo-jamma.

Verry interesting Sean. I have never purchased a road bike. Only had MTN bikes. Even though I probably spent 90% of the time on the road I needed the MT bike.
-
Those 27" wheels look dinky though, don't they? It's a bit silly looking. For race day then why do they ride such smaller bikes? Just aerodynamics and weight savings?

Highschool photo Sean?
