I quoted you in an email mang. Maybe it will go viral. Thanks for reminding us all of this, it rings true with and deep for me too.

Sir eat's alot TOP. Not that I'm not active I average about 2200. Hopefully I can get active again and start loosing again. That 80 pounds really made a difference in how I feel and move that's for sure.

Good for you. You are pretty lean, it will take a lot of work. I honestly don't think I could cut my diet to where you will be and still manage top be active. My metabolism is so intense when I am active. I was eating 6kcal a day or more and loosing weight when I had a manual labor job and still studying the martial arts.

I never eat fast food..... but for some reason I love taco bell and ended up there today. It's so gross but so good

Being lighter can help with the wear and tear on the old body, especially when you play running/impact sports. I am still in the building power stage. I need to loose lots more fat, but my family has issues with bad shoulders so I work stretching and strength as much as I can with those.

I haven't been to joe cartoon in years! Joe fish is still the best. By far.

Gonna switch from benching VW's for 20 reps to bulldozers for 10? Haha, yeah right. I am reducing mass little by little, and not really pushing for power. Down to 206lbs, had been hovering at 215 ~ 220lbs for nearly 4 years. What's this reducing mass you speak of? Are you trying to be in a new weight class?

When I was partying hard it was always DP and 151. Then right after it came to my area I found the sailor. Now I'm addicted to SJ.

I completely, although a 'Busa would be way too much for me at this point, I'm just average size, and have no need for 200+ MPH at the moment completely ?? And yes it(busa) is a big bike. I'm 6'2 though and I like to take the wife. It's amazingly comfortable to ride though. I'm too old for twisties now. I don't care about the top speed as much as I do the acceleration. The bigger grunt on it would be nice when with the W. The only defense on a bike is the ability to scream out of danger areas. I actually get really nervous on choppers and lower power bikes because either the ergonomics are not condusive to controling in a panic, or they can't pull me past some drunk on the road fast enough.

That skinny tank 999 is the slickest bike I have ever rode. It's really freindly for big norse white boys like me, even though it was made for tiny Italian men. I'm getting older and something like a hayabusa is looking better and better, or maybe getting rid of the bike idea all together and get a 2 door german delight.

Working today is lame. So much paper shuffling to do. And a load of data entry I'm saving for last.

She let you go for your boat ride, or was that her way of keeping you home?

Well, I'm unmarried and have yet to posses a sports car... I'm working on it though, and a motorcycle I have an '02 CBR 954 in the garage.

If I could turn back time. If I could find a way.... I would be wealthy, healthy, and wise. Nice to be single, but probably living as a lonely empty shell...... But a couple porsche's and a revolving door of lovely impressionbly young ladies may sooth the pain.

LMAO. That's awesome Teo.

I didn't know you were getting back into MTN biking. Looks stout, you going to put some shox on the forks and hit some sweet drops?
