Going to take the pre exam for college in a bit. It scares me that I may actually need to take some remedial class to brush up. I'm an excellent test taker normally..... but this has me psyched out.... and I haven't used me brain in 10 years.

Helping the room mate gain some weight while I'm loosing so I put him on a split with 6-10th sets for 10 reps a set with 10 seconds or less between sets. On chest day he did 12 exercises totaling about 7t sets. By the end 15 pound dumbed felt like hell. All in an hour and 45 min. Most of these 10ish rep sets are to failure so its a gruling grind. It should help him get form down and increase stamina. He gets sloppy on heavy weights and goes from pushing fine to completely gassed with no power when lifting. It's weird.
