I need to build the stand too. I was sitting on a cooler prepping the egg and it rolled out from me. Landed on my ass hard and the my skull. Lower back is just horrible. Thank God I didn't land on tail bone at least. Vico, madras, and a stogie now while tending the egg.

My test bird in the egg now needed some air flow so I put on a fan lightly and it wouldn't climb past 300 for 20 min. I ran inside for 10 min and it was at roughly 600. I hope its salvageable. It wrecked the drippings pan though so no gravy.

Sean, what stoner and why? I'm having some issues with keeping the heat steady especially for low temps it will occasionally put itself out. It's not a huge deal but as I plan on smoking a bird for the inlaws I really want to get this right. Im going to have the wife buy it for me now and call it christmas. I remember you told me about it once, but when I went to the site it was so fucking vague I never got it. My fun money is tapped after the scope so I really don't want to make a mistake.

Hopefully he doesn't have a date!

Couldn't rake the yard today because of wind but driveway is sheilded so I raked while the wife used our POS blower unit. We then proceded to bury Sean's can while at his grand parents. ....I will owe him 10 bucks for a wash but its worth it when his mom drops him off tonight. Buahahahahaha

Nope. It's 100% what others think. ...ok.... Maybe just the others with vaginas.

May that Fuckers get raped every day. I would torture him so slowly he would think its a career and beg for death as retirement.

I really wish I would have purchased from you long ago when working out HT subs for my home. I hope you can square your money issues favorably for you. It's sad to see this product finally be confirmed as the end.

It's really hard to gain muscle. Much harder than loosing weight. Imho that is. I have a problem loosing however. Portion control is a big part. It takes so much to fill me and its really tough to remember that it needs to be with vegis and lean meat, not noodles or other starches. Now at a desk job, double that.

Yup. Secret to life right there. Set goals then break into smaller parts then start achieving. Have you read the article about why video gamers make the best body builders? It's so Damn funny. And true.

From your shoulders or strength? When I have gone above this during under grad when I could afford to eat everything under the sun because of the handy meal plan, did not have much damage. Now, I do have some damage on my left side, so there is a point during the top of the rep where pain from discomfort comes in. If working on it regularly there is no pain during any pat of the reps range of motion. Just lifting it off the posts and getting it over my chest. The 7 or soinches of movement before the press is really tough on me. I would guess now with a better food budget I could do better. Now its a time issue. I'm just far away from the gym it takes too long to work out(lift/run) and shower. I could maybe swim but it would still be tough especially as the blue hairs love mid day swimming. Have you thought about a select-a-weight system? I would love one. I've come close a few times but most of them have the weights so low that I would be telling the max weight for 20 reps or so. At least the ones at local shops.

Does that ant have high hopes?

Breaking past 6 reps at 1200 took even longer on the sled. When I was younger. I'm definitely Kellie of you abilities Aaron!
-
I was failing at 6 reps for 2 months or so with 310 until I could get into the 8+ range.
-
That is more than I have ever benched! The heaviest I have ever pushed was 310 for 8-10 reps. I have goofy/bad shoulders and at the time I had no one who I would let lift off and spot me. I weighed 260ish at the time though so its even a bit more pathetic. It feels like every pound over 300 is 10 pounds. It took longer to go from 305 to 310 than it did 285 to 300. You should be proud as Hell of that number. I would be and I'm probably more than 2 of you in mass!

What's the # Aaron?

Sometimes the music one brings me back to some sweaty building chasing disco biscuits with mountains of good looking women everywhere. Lol Funny how music does that.
