I don't know any dubfawk music. But that joint is ok in my book. What is Zero? The ninja type hero in that trailer? I have the first game and I play as the sniper class. Cuz I'm gangster as 17 bucks.

I don't game too much anymore but I am cheesed for this.

I don't get this new "dubstep" crap. The whole new generation has no respect. Back in my day we took a bunch of pills and pot and had a good time rollin faces off and eating smarties. Now kids are huffing angina meds while choking themselves out and getting all emotional with the ladies. WTF happened to the good old days.

oonse oonse or wub wub?

We got 2 feet on the mountian tops yesterday. We got 18" at 500' elevation yesterday Where did we get so much? It was almost white out here, but nothing stayed on the ground.

Sean is just jelly he didn't get a Honda.

I understand that exactly. And I will be looking for a car that is hell of a lot of fun to drive, but is also capable of being comfortable for long trips. If the best for my money ends up being a Honda Accord then that's what I would want to get. Honda Accords are NOT fun to drive, lol. Well considering I drive a 1995 Saturn. When my friend and I traded cars for a weekend (2005 Accord V6) I was quite happy Then you'd absolutely LOVE the new 3 series. 2004 M3 in seca blue. Still one of my dream cars. Just needs BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOST!

Oh yeah. Going to the gym also made my penis larger and I pull more bishes. Guess who isn't paying into taxes for the first time in many years?

I do feel your pain though Mike. My body shape limits my ability to perform certain movements. Not the least of which right not is a massive gut, but even when I was thin. A great example is deadlifts. If you ask me to deadlift a bar from the ground, asuming there are 45# plates on the sides, my reps and total weight are about 30% less than if you just have it 6" higher. My body just will not compress to pull it from so low of a height. Maybe it's my wider hips, silly huge thighs, short arms, or really long torso it just doesn't work well.

Its all bull shit anyways. My brother is into body building and lifts a shit ton of weight, but has no real strength. His punches are weak, he can't loosen a stubborn bolt, and when we wrestle, I simply whip his ass. He's got 40lbs on me and it's all muscle and still doesn't have the strength I have. That's why some people don't just shove weights around, but actually build muscle from doing shit. Perfect example would be using rings (like gymnast), or exercise routines that are coined "primal fitness", all usable strength that transfers over into real life. One area I would love to gain more strength in is body weight exercises. I guess its really just part of my genetics to not be able to do a lot off pullups, push ups, dips, etc... This goes a LONG way. Same reason squats > leg press. Just trying to add these movements to your work out help. Dips > bench for example. I use the assisted dip machine to help me. Moving the body through air, rather than weight alone through air always yields better results. It's how we are designed. I'm not going to get into man strength vs muscularity and looks. For me the gym is something that is needed. There isn't a job out there that can duplicate the return on investment that I get from a solid work out. It makes me so much healthier, and helps me to minimize joint trauma but still maintaining mobility. I also lift like a power lifter and train my lungs and heart for more practical reasons.

It looked like you saw it on Thursday night. Here it is today: Looks great

I was having a bad day today. Shoulders and back hurt. Went to the gym to stretch and hit the hot tub, but was still down in the dumps. Had to go to menards and the little register girl litterally sniffed me blatantly and said "You smell sooooo good." then her eyes go huge, she blushed and fumbled the change and kept saying sorry for being a "creeper" Made my fucking day. Hardware store chicks FTW.

I mean it. Every 3 fucking hours. Why I first started working out I couldn't figure out why I could make no gains in weight loss. I added two 55 gram protein shakes to my diet, and if anything I ate even more junk but I started to loose the chub. I am going to look into the eat fast diet, but I honestly think it is geared toward a different type of person and a different weight loss problem. Sleep is important too. But I mean it. Eat lean protein every 3 hours for 2 weeks and I bet you see a change that fast.

Would you care to explain your process? I feel like I've been trying everything and nothing is working. I've been working out with a good friend almost everyday.. I can now almost bench my body weight 3 reps can run 4 miles and bike 40 miles but I can't seem to drop any weight. Also, I according to my roommate's scale I also haven't lost a single bit of body fat I have a 4 day split right now. Back, legs, chest, then another day for abs and to catch up any body parts I feel I need to work on more. Usually triceps, biceps, and calves. Shoulders sometimes. I do extremely intense cardio right when I wake up 5 days a week. Only 15 min max right now. I also do cardio on the weekday I do not lift. My diet is lean protein and healthy fats other than right after I lift. I then consume about 40-60 grams of dextrose or other sugar. I am eating a lot of eggs, tuna, and shakes right now as it is cheep. I don't feel I need to cut out all carbs so sometimes I do have a sandwich with bread. The only product I will swear by, by brand name is Udo's oil. I love that shit. Near and dear to my heart. That fat product helps me in so many ways. Truly and honestly I think consuming good fats helps you loose fat. It also helps to regulate hormones. You can't even digest some vitamins without it. At the end of the day our bodies require certain fats and certain proteins just to function. As in needed to live. There is no essential carbohydrate that must come from an outside food source. Our body can metabolize prot or fat into the needed glucose. I don't know your exact routine but I would start pulling away from your long distance running and pedaling and focus on intense lifting. 6 reps max. As soon as you can push out 8 reps, increase the weight. Also make your cardio super intense to make your lung capacity stronger. 25 min of sprint/jog cardio is worth an hour of jogging in my book. Lastly and most importantly eat protein every 3 hours. Just do it. Set a watch. Drink a protein shake, eat jerky what ever. Drink water too, but make sure you get protein every 3 hours. I have trained more guys who think they eat enough but stay fat because they just don't feed their bodies. That makes your body start to store calories.

butt fuck it eh? No backdoor shenanigans in the HOP. It's a family establishment.

The shop mentioned that there was a short in the starter.

That lean gains is an interesting concept. I don't agree with some of the premise, but if it is working for him and his clients then awesome. At the core I follow a similar routine, but my "fasting" time involves protein.

I love me some flame crotchers.
