It rarely goes to the actual cause. I do work and donate directly to people in need, environment, churches, those in need etc etc. I just will not write over money blindly. The things about organization s that do good I get personally involved in.

That is what I said. They push it on you in their restaurant, so I don't go. And in truth they support groups who push it elsewhere and act in bad taste publicly. That isn't the point though As I said. If I don't want to hear rap music I won't go to a rap concert, if I don want to hear about racial violence I won't go to a skin head or Klan meeting, and since every time I have been in a chickfil they pushed their beliefs on me, I won't go there. And it's not what I would call a gentle protest. A gay fellow I know was harassed pretty badly in there. He unfortunately didn't know what it was all about before he walked in. Oh well. Again, I'm in support that they can say anything they want. It's part of what makes US strong here. I just know outright bigotry when I see it and won't support it.

If I hadn't held and research the advantage of having the Samsung for me personally...... I would have saved a few hundo and just kept the HTC. I really wanted to wait until mainstream 4 core processors, but with my tablet I'm less needy of that. I also find I have about a year and a half max time with any phone....

The sensation was fantastic. A wonder machine. I actually switched so I could use the expanded size of the Samsung, and it matches my tablet. If it didn't have that I would never have paid for a new phone when I could just warranty the sensation. It was a bit of an impulse. I walked in expecting to pay a deductible for the old damaged phone, but that isn't the case.

If the HTC one s or x is like this thing it would be an amazing phone. Whatever t Mobil had didn't have as big of a screen and no SD card slot or battery that you can remove. On a side note, I have insurance on my old phone so I will be getting a brand new replacement for it. If someone in the hop wants an amazing deal on an amazing phone you guys get first dibs. I'm going to CL it if no friends want one. Recoup some of the cost of this beast.

Do you notice any difference from the change up Aaron? I will be honest, aside from the outer bell curve in work outs reps don't make any difference in my progress. Just in how my joints react. Only intensity and going to failure affect my size/defenition. If I was playing a sport like you I would opt for more reps to get the endurance boost maybe. For me though about 6-10 eps is the sweet spot. Being strong is most important to me.

Today is back and shoulders with some legs. go get em! Killed it, went down 10% on weight and really slowed my pace. Shooting for more reps or just going slower. If so why?
