    I was just thinking... in a post apocalyptic world food will still be around for a loooooooooooooong time..but eating canned and preserved food and wild roughage will make everyone poop 10 times more often. So fuck starvation, it's lack of TP that will be the real scare in the vampire-Nazi-alien who are also cyborg and probably liberals, apocalypse.

    I may be going down to st Luis misery soon. My friend is having a tough time and may have to put his pup down. His dog is his child, and while he knows he will outlive his dog, the little fella (170#+ mastiff)is sick and they don't know why. Fluid needs to be pumped from lungs every couple weeks.

    My wife could not understand why I needed to pull a U turn and get a pic of the Sign. I was going to make a motivational poster.... but I think I lost it the I got my new phone. When I live there I will welcome door to door solicitors. With one catch. If they don't follow ABC and AIDA leave with busted knee caps. If they can entice a sale I will make them hit bonus. :-) Make it a reality show. Have Baldwin host it. Better than CC commercials and being upstaged by Tina Fey all day. (Never seen 30 rock actually?)). American Idol won't even be on TV anymore. Greatest game show ever.

    I love the show BB but it is hard to get into for me. Even on Netflix. I have trouble sitting down and watching TV as is. It's not really a show that I can do other things while it is on.

    I miss being able to squat like a monster. Wrecked my knees too young. Then messed up the tendons all around my knees this last winter. I didn't even feel it at the time. Just slipped on some ice and fell. Week or 2 later I was having trouble walking or doing anything but reclining.

    Huge huge clean up day. It sucks because I'm going to have to undo a lot of the cleaning..... I'm still not done sanding the drywall etc etc. We have massively uncluttered though. The house will be nice enough to have some out of towners come through. I'm embarrassed it's taken so long and it's sad shape... but the amount of work done in just a week or so is fantastic.

Drives me nuts. As for that chair did it hold up? I have not sat in one.. I was just pointing you that way. If you do find something cheaper let me know.

    If you add a warm up to that it's a pyramid. Until I can find different information the best way to fully activate muscles is to warm up with medium light weight doing 1-2 reps.Then lift with 6-8 reps to failuredrop weight do 6-8 reps to failuredrop weight do 6-8 reps to failureIf you want to do some kind of "afterburn" then I say go for it. but if you are not in the 6-8 rep range and not going to failure you are robbing yourself of gains you could have.That may not be the ideal work out for some sports etc etc But if you want to develop muscles for growth and do so steadily and be able to train that body part once a week it's about the best you can find. I have helped 6 people train and that method has showed improvement on physique on all of them.I would follow that work out scheme for all major body parts and compound movement. I could do 10-12 different exercize for my chest with that pattern.... sometimes subtracting the warm up if I feel I'm pumped and limber enough. Yes I was able to go to failure each set, and I could hammer it all in under an hour.I was 20 then and much more willing and able.
