No lie, the lumbar support in my expy with the EB seats is so good, sometimes when my back was spazaming I would just sit in it... or if I wanted some massage, go for a drive. So nice.

Width.... not length. I am 6'2 I think

It is true though. Those are made to dip into the US market. If I could afford one of the new deisel crew cabs I might do that... but it's way out of my price. I have the unleaded crew cab (4 door but not full sized backseat) with the 5.7L (bigger than my Firebird) and the damn thing gets goin. It can slip a bit unexpectedly in rain, but thats more than tires and weight distribution than anything. Go drive one. I think you will really like it. Just dropped mine off at the shop for 2-3 weeks. Additionally my Toyota shop is pretty spot on. They don't try and sell me on extra shit EVER. J It's a cool truck... but it didn't fit me so well. And again similar year and miles as a US truck and WAY more cost.

Fuck the blower, look, that bitch has a 378L engine!!!!! I see that so often on some of the adds. Makes me laugh. I saw a GMC that had a 1500L engine. LMAO

I went with a family member to buy their navigator. We asked the same thing. The salesman told us they are exactly the same SUV. There are just a few different upgrades on the navigator and they are all interior/creature comforts. Another instance of a salesman not knowing what he is selling. They are given a brochure just like you. Unless they are car guys, they have no fucking clue. I knew they had 4 valves but didn't know it would make that much difference. I would be happy with 450 hp all day long.

Papi doesn't do so well in most Japanese vehicles. Though I like big SUVs I like them to be mildly capable on questionable dirt roads. And I know 3guys who work on American trucks for me for a song. It would be really tough to pull me away from the 5.4 liter too. Toyota has won the world over with their SUVs and trucks. No need to question their capability. The mechanic option is a consideration, but I'm sure you could find a good one for a Toy. They are easily 2 times the price for similar year and miles. And they have less room, and my guess is less comfortable for a guy my size. My shoulders are the worst part I spread so wide at the shoulders. Of Japanese vehicles it's usually 2 door cars aka no B pillar or cars like the Acura RL. And even then it's been a while. The cost premium doesn't match the performance, repeatability, or comfort. If I was not over 6 foot and didn't wear a conservative 52 in wider cut suits I may think differently.

Much more sound deadening for NVH, full time AWD, the Lincoln has air suspension, and the 99+ Navis got DOHC heads. 5lbs of boost and you're over 500HP. Huh? With so little boost it gets so much stank? I wonder how it would look with a lift skid plate and 35" on it... Is it safe to push that engine with so much power with no internal work done? Tranny and rear end can handle it?

If I had 50k to blow and only wanted one vehicle to drive I would be all about the raptor. I would rather have a quick vehicle and a truck vehicle.

and as Sean said. Fucking ugly as hell.

I get ya. They are cool. But they are SO much more expensive. Parts and service is too. The second truck is highly modified and I promise the parts are nearing double the parts for the ford. I also have a code reader/tuner for Ford, and a working understanding and familiarity of what these trucks can and cant do.I also use the vehicle to move drywall or ply or MDF. I don't know how well 4x8s would fit. They do in my expy with the hatch open just a bit.Even the amazing tundra doesn't do it for me. I think US made trucks are a better value for the US customer.

Ahh the perfect cup of hot brown. LMAO

They all look lower and more "street/road". I think my expy rides taller than others of the same year. I kind of like that. It is really nice for the fluffy stuff.

This would ease the pain of Gertrude being gone...

.....is the Lincoln navigator the same as an expedition? I'm finding them on craigslist for better prices than the expeditions and even screw f-150's. It's all the same frame and so same suspension etc etc. They look good but if they are not as rugged I'll pass.

I dont know many people who love it too. Extremely cool. have you tried it with the cured pork cheek and not bacon/pancetta? I think that is more traditional but I have never gone out shopping for it. I am the only one in my house who loves truely hearty rustic food. I made a chicken paprikosh with extremely high quality sweet smokey paprika. i nearly died in savory heaven. The wife said it was Ok. &%!*%&!!!!!!!! I roasted potatoes and ate it every day for a week at work. Suckers. That bad bitch has me ready for dream land. Night!

I keep typing procuto. its pancetta. either way, i used serrano hom.
-
I don't know if it is more traditional to use egg whites or not... but I usually put the whites aside or throw them out. It's rich. Normally I need 6-8 "servings" of pasta to fill up. Then I need food again in 45 min. This, one bowl lasts allllllllll night.

It's awesome. I never had it as a child, but as an adult its one of the most comforting meals. I make it when the house is quiet. No one else appreciates it like I do.

Wow... my beverage is appropriate. Italian sparkling water! Aside from my transgression of Serrano ham the DOC would be pleased. A nice bilini after the meal and I would be honorary.
