I admit that I'm too lazy to devote the necessary time to learn how to manipulate digital photos, as well as raw image files, using software. I barely find enough time to shoot as it is with school, girlfriend, and other bits of life's bullshit. Hence my interest in a more hardware oriented solution. Of course, in my opinion, no amount of filtration beats optimal lighting. But it sure as beats lackluster lighting without using any filters at all. And seeing as I don't have as much time as I like, lackluster lighting is almost always what I get. Yep, and I am a moron. Went out on the lake yesterday to shoot some Panorama's of the leaves and left off the polarizer. I didn't notice because I was wearing my Maui Jim's. Speaking of, any good software for making a pana pic? I've never done it before. I thim even windows 7 has a function for that.... I could be wrong.

Anyone ever have a dump that smelled like burning plastic?

I loath Kansas. I had nothing but bad luck there when I drove throught it. Similar with Billings Montana. Just more annoying and less life threatening.

So I am frantically trying to pain my house. I got 90% scraped on the house and 10% on the garage. I need to prime and paint by tomorrow. According to the weather. FML. My joints are so so so so sore. I am taking 20 min every morning just to get moving. And 800mg of ibu every afternoon if I am active.

You have the "other" stomach bug. I had the uber flu. Aches and fever. No puking or liquid ass. I hope you get well soon. I am on day 7.

What about post-workout carbs and fats from that point of view ? Post work out should be the highest Glycemic Index (GI) carbs you can have. And protein. BCAA is nice too. Or glutamine. Skip the fat on that post work out meal though. Save fats for the other meals if possible.

Looking for quicker recovery rates at heavier lifts. But BCCA seems to be the typical call Nothing wrong in using what actually works. If your not taking creatine you might also try that. I've read where people started taking it for a few weeks, and were able to pull out a few more reps across their workout then before. I would try the bcaa first as I think it's more direct to what your asking about. Creatine definitely works really well. Aside from growth hormone, Anabolic drugs, and insulin it is really one of the only real winners. And you won't go to jail for it. If you are iver 35 you could maybe get an RX for the real stuff lol.

Looking for quicker recovery rates at heavier lifts. But BCCA seems to be the typical call Honestly, I just don't have the time for longer/more frequent workouts. I do a lot of side work and spend a lot of time in schools and training and even getting in 3 a week workouts is difficult if not impossible. This week I had to push my monday to Sunday because of schools Monday and Tuesday, and I am hoping my side job Wednesday will afford me time in the evening to lift before bed. Somhow I thought I read you were training 5 times a week. 3 is much most simple. Have chest one day legs the next and back the last day.

Generally I don't have goals like that-other then gymnastic progressions, but thought it would be fun to train for it. Not sure what you mean by looking cool if your muscular, but not if your skinny. Either way it requires a lot of strength, strength relative to one's body-weight. Looks cool if you are fat too. :-) Strength in relation to weight is an exponential curve. The difficulty of doing any given exercize where one moves their body through space and not resistance through space becomes harder and a greater than linear rate. So a 120 pound human has a particular distrobution of tissue. Even if that individual gains only muscle at 200 pounds the particular exercize becomes much much much more difficult.

Might help with parkour(sp)

Oooooooooh. Goal is one armed chins. You want to know fastest way to geth there. When you start the work out, do assisted first until you are worn out, then move to weighted ones. My gym has a machine that you kneel on and it provides assistance. I think that would be ideal as you could use consistent steps in getting to your goal. I think one arm chins etc are a bit silly, but the do make you look kinda cool. Especially if you are a muscular person. If you are mega skinny it isn't as bro-cool and makes even less sense to me.
-
Wait... when you said " trained for one armed " do you mean you want to get better at doingnone armed pull ups? If so then you do one armed ones until you cannot do anymore, then do weighted ones. :-) You be like it's so simple, I don't beleive..check it out though.

weighted chins>one arm chins I completely agree.

Sandt. If you are open to suggestion I would try a couple things. The first would to work out with a split program. As in arms one day, chest one day, legs another day, and back one day. I always recomend pyramids. 2 warm up, then your heaviest lift, then 2 more sets decending. I always recommend going to failure. I do about 10 different lifts per muscle group. If that doesn't pass muster for you, doing 10x10 split work outs is a nightmare. Keep the time between sets to under 10 seconds. You use a "moderate" weight. By the 8th set it is brutal. The pumps can be insane. There is also a possibility that repetitious work outs with no breaks, up for 60 min or so can drastie increase GH levels over more "casual" heavy lifting techniques. As for the durring work out drinks we know that carbs or fats will stop a GH pulse. So using a carb drink durring might inhibit the fat loss goals. BCAA drinks are great. I dont mix with protein, but that might be fine. A calorie free crystal light is a GREAT option to mask the flavor if you have to.

If our government is corrupt and cannot survive on what money we can pay it then it doesn't matter if any form of marriage is legal. It doesn't matter about abortion. Because we won't have a working government.
-
The cold hard fact is that if the government backs out of our lives social issues don't fucking matter. Government cannot make society change it's beliefs. It will or will not accept intangible who you can or cannot fuck or marry laws. Same with pot, same with anything else. Social issues should never ever be part politics.
-
Mitt is a fucking idiot on social issues. But you know what? Social issues just plain don't matter when there are bigger more serious fish to fry. Fuck healthcare, we need health reform, not health care reform. The government needs to push less into the workings of private businesses. It is only a hindrance. A company CEO or owner has pride in his god damn job. A public inspector, FDA, or any other group are set up to fail and be purchased. Like the government who cut corners in china to build schools we will have the same problems. This isn't some new political theory, or democratic, liberal, conservative, or republican idea. The simple fact is when a people work more for the government the they do for themselves shit is backwards. Today we are under more rules and restrictions than ever and it is idiotic.
