    Welcome to the IHoP

Are the floaters like stars moving around? If so it sounds really BP related. If it is just "spots" then I cannot tell you. It is interesting as they used to think HBP and migraines were related, but usually it is in people with lower BP, or a sudden drop. My migraines are all just nausea and icky feeling. Parts of my vision is fuzzy almost like looking through a kaldiscope sp? Its not blurred, yet I can't really see a clear picture of whatever I focus on. Only thing I can do is sleep it off, and afterwards im exhausted. Today I feel fine, but if I was to do something straining then I get immediate pressure to my dome. Tomorrow ill feel 100% normal. Do you have a BP cuff, or access to one? Test yourself in the morning if you can. When you say you feel it durring strain it really sends up a BP flag.

I had one, not a bad way to get started on the cheap. I would be suspect of the scale/powder hopper for accuracy loads. R2 would know more about real world accuracy vs load consistancy....... As in not F class bench guns that come with their own bench.... For pistol rounds it would be just fine all day long I bet. I would love a dylan rig myself.

Chill never see an endo. See a male general doc or a male urologist. I have never had an issue with female doctors until my hormone ballance was a problem. And an endo won't do shit for you. On androgel my numbers do go up, but I don't feel different at all. Today must be blue hair guys on HGH and Testoe day though. After the buff senior a few retired guys with 16-17" ripped arms were doing dips. Good for them, their poor old ladies though. They must be pawing at them like no bodies business.

Speaking of quality of life, an older guy, 65ish, at the gym this morning put up 160+ per arm on a cybex bench press machine. Thanks science!

As for it being weird to have arthritis this young, it is and isn't. I have had signs of general arthritis since middle school in my shoulder. Then knees at about 18. It is one of the reasons I lift weights. Mygrandmothers hands were knotted at mid 30's. Basically one wide finger and a thumb and unusable for gripping. My whole family has autoimmune issues from diabetes and skin issues. It is just a time line for quality of life for me. I don't mean that to sound as if I am giving up, just being realistic and planning. Meds are much better now too. I just had a few really really dark mornings the past few days. :-) I will take truckloads of meds and work out daily if it makes my life livable. ;-)

Up an hour befoee I get up to hit the ibuprofen, then drive the wife to work to go to the gym. About to hop in the hot tub. This is a life I could enjoy if it wasn't necessary to just move properly.

Why the fuck would you stop TRT. You make the money to afford it? My T score was in the 150 range when I got on, but androgel does nothing for me and the injections are a BITCH.

Nah. Funny you mention this. Just did some reading on how nicotine can increase acetylecholine(sp). Thus increasing overall free HGH. I am sure it has something to do with how it works with opiate receptors. Probably also why smoking cigs aid with with weight loss so much. Stimulant and an increase in GH would do it for sure. Also help grow tumors faster but who gives a fucm when you look gooooood.

Damn Matt.........I'm really sorry to hear about everything goin on brother. I just gotta wonder if a change of scenery might help? Away from the cold and humidity, and down to heat and dry air? I mean alot of people with joint issues do MUCH better down in the South West than they do up North. If we can do anything for ya, just tell us bro. J The wife and I just had a climate talk. If this is permanent we will move. It has to be something else. Not completely impossible to get arthritis at your age, but the likely hood of mis-diagnosis and sometihng else is much higher. If you do decide you want to try AZ before I leave you have a place to stay brother. J I have some inlaws down there too. It would be a financially smart move to go down there considering all the help we could theoretically get.

That is another machine I need in my life. The soda stream is $$$$$ and hauling cases of bottles sucks.

I feel like an ass I didn't offer when you were here. From de de de to a double cap is about 3 minutes. Most spent talking. Doubles re-appear every 70sec afterwards. Singles twice as fast, Foofy derivations are not served. Chocolate is not foof. 1 grande leche mocha machiado with sprinkles please! Lol I am late or capo kinda guy. I will drink straight too, especially if I want to try the coffee on its own merits. I like darker roasts with rich crema or the "lungo" (nespresso term?) Coffees with higher acid. Especially for breakfast.

It is a test slanted towards a goal. .gov type. If extra protein intake didn't help for performance no athletes or couches would waste their time. Yet every single coach and athlete does. I throw that study out with the dirty water it came in on.
