Kershaw have a good name. My wife almost exclusively carries spiderco. The one thing I can say about carry knifes is that if you don't want to wear is, it isn't of any value. I mostly have ultra cheepo folders and multi tools in the truck. I just have 3-4. My problem is I forget to grab it on the way out the door. Having a few in the vehicle is my next best.

If they aren't tech or flashlight folks, look at AA battery ones. I like Fenix e21 model. Fenix is great. I also like 4sevens. They have a sale going on now too.

While I must say I love both the AKG high end models and the little extra bass from the AKG QJones style, I took them home because I got a good deal and had gift cards for the place I found them. So I got these nice cans for almost nothing out of my checkbook.

How much do you want to spend and what kind of sound profile do you want? In ear? Over ear? On ear? The ATechs that are open back would not be my first guess for you. Their sound is really really thin in the bass department. The DJ looking set from ATech, the m60 I want to say, might be more your speed. Good bass and overall nice sounding. Grados are awesome. Really cool headphones. I just couldn't deal with on ear headphones. Also they let everyone around you know what you are listening too. More so than other open back headphones. In ear is a whooooooole different ball game. I have invested more money in in ear headphones than is reasonable. All around they are my favorite style for everyday use and being out and about. Also block noise mechanically by creating a great seal on your ear. That also gives them the best of the bass potential. Personally, my over the ear headphones are AKG Quincy Jones. They are great, but badly need a headphone amp, they are hard as fuck to drive and if the volume goes up without enough power to push them, they loose a lot of their dynamic reproduction. I am so indecisive I still haven't purchased an amp but have had these for over a year. I use them at my computer, and if a recording is done poorly or the file is of low quality..... they are extremely cruel to the music. They have a way of amplifying poor quality.

And if it is a fast prime it is even more so. I've got a nifty 50 that is 1.4 and it's fucking fast. They make a 1.2 which is nuts, but it's a G and the 1.4 is only $300 And I thought I was lucky with F2.0 lenses on my S90 I am sorry for my lack of knowledge here, but wtf is a 'prime lens'? I am still very new to DSLR camera's and am trying to learn as I go. J Prime just means no zoom. So in context here the prime(non zoom) lenses let more light through the aperture than zoom lenses. This is a HUGE benefit in some cases. Indoors being a major factor. Beleive me I am sure your experience using your camera more than makes up for any fancy vocabulary. I am not learning the words and why it all works. Before I just knew I could get much better pics with the DSLR than any other camera I have ever had. Now I am learning why and how to use the manual functions. I probably won't use manual that much at first, but knowing how much you can do with just aperture, shutter speed, and ISO is valuable... and how they work in concert is pretty cool. Add in sensitivity of the sensor and you can do sooooo much.

Faster shutter speeds and lower ISO FTMFW especially when I do 99% of my pics sniper style while people are having a good time and don't notice me.

Sean, I now understand your love for prime lenses. I will probably not own any but maybe some for portraits, but HOLY SHIT the extra brightness is insanity. Forget mechanical clarity too. ISO could be cut in half almost. I never knew it was so big a difference. Wow.

Here is is like a Super America or Holiday cheepo energy drink. I think they are on the come up though. I'm still a fan of the "Tactical Lace" white monster at the moment. That and Spikes orange. Orange is my absolute favorite fake flavor. Tang? Yes please. Orange popsicle? Oh fo sho! Just never, ever, show up with grape flavored stuff. I hate fake grape.

My fucking vacuum just up and stopped working. Don't buy an Electrolux. It's weird it was working, then pissed me off, and for some reason stopped working after picking it up and slamming it against the floor and itself a few times. Feel liberated.....if not poor now that I need to buy another vacuum.

Super excited to just be working again. This company is filled with uber idiots, I fear headaches... but the job is so simple. Go try to sell some of a certain vendors shit. It doesn't get too much better. Slangin shit is easy peasy. Just didnt want to be doing it at 30 in stores. :-) Even with all the downsides I am excited. My roommate has his masters in a really huge feild, and this job pays 15% more hourly. I hate seeing his degree rot, but I like feeling like I am relevant. Using income as a barometer of value isn't always accurate, and again this is part time, but earning money is good
