That is a weird pic of her. I kinda dig her for a blonde though.

Where did you go?

Stop squatting and dead lifting. Concentrate on a leg press and foot position that does not hurt your knee. Focus on how your feet are positioned when there is no pain in your knees. It is a lot easier to do on the leg press. Then find a specialist(ortho) or find a general MD who is a "D.O.". You can probably fix it on your own, or on your own, with drugs and ice and other therapies.

Nothing is rational. Or rather, rational doesn't exist. The same can be said for other abstract concepts, such as truth, justice, normalcy, honor, et al. That sounds how acid and mushrooms feel.

Nothing is rational. Or rather, rational doesn't exist. Mind blown.

A Ford? No thanks ;)/> Actually I love electrical problems, but I do hate when they are man made. I know. I just know you are talented. I need someone with experience. My speedo cut out for a bit today I think. That or my brakes went to a total stop and my truck was still moving...

If I could I would gut this thing, top to bottom, run all the interior heat AC windows on one system and have the engine and trans on another independent system.

I wish you were local Seth. I woulr have you fix my POS Ford electrical.

If I have trouble sleeping the best thing is GABA, and melatonin. It really works wonders. Both are about as natural as it gets too. Booze helps me if I'm anxious or hurt badly, but not for sleepless nights like tonight. I really need to get my sleep schedule back in gear.

Normal. And if she isn't doing any resistance work outs.... they are dumb. Just don't say it like that. Osteoporosis is a huge problem for women and in addition to good diet resistance training is THE best way to build bones. Weight training is the safest way to do get r dun. She freaks out on you because weight training is scary for women though. Especially at a gym. They don't want people watching. They don't want YOU to think of them as weak. It is a LOT like introducing a woman who does know about guns to shooting. Education and showing by example and not talking about how big of a stud you are and how much you lift will help. Asking her to just spot you might be enough to warm her up, then talk to her later how it's helping you loose fat and keep your bones strong. The last thing they think is that they will become huge muscle women. That is something you have to work on.

I seriously think your comment on climate holds water too. I was sideways in the Expedition last night. Parking lot mayhem is fun!

LoL, seth I know you don't like them. I abuse my vehicle and it has gone way past my expectations. You just see a different side than I do.

Honestly any big American SUV based on some half ton pick up frame is going to be about the same. I just feel that you happen to get a whole shit load of truck for the dollar om the Navigators. I also don't mind buying high mile vehicles that are comfortable. My truck had a rebuilt engine right be ford I purchased it and a strong trans.

Weird. I would take a newer model Ford/Lincoln over an newer Chevy SUV in a heart beat. Mine is a 97, and the age of my truck I would take a Either if the interiors were ok, and the engines were strong. I purchased mine 6 years ago for just over 6k. I have put 3000 into it for repairs and maintenance including oil and brakes and tires. I did spend a good amount on tires. It is however the MOST comfortable vehicle I have owned. The Tahoes I have driven for example have all had this fucked up B pillar that makes me lean gangster style into the car. I hate that. The Yukon I drove all the time for my buddy sober bussing was awesome. So comfy. If I had to pick on the nicest recent model SUVs in the heavy weight range it would be the Lincoln Navigator, GMC Denali, Cadillac, and then Expy. The Expy will be the best priced though, and I wouldn't feel bad putting nobby rubber on it and actually using it like a damn truck. The Lincoln is going to be a little bit more powerful and probably more road friendly and less off roady. I habe never driven an Escalade on anything more off road than groomed gravel, I doubt it would like it. If you like the style of the Chevy, then go for it. I just hate how I fit in the interior, they styling, and I know Ford fan boys who help me. So it's a big comfort zone for me too. If price is no option get an ML AMG or Porsche Chilli Pepper. I particularly like the GTS, and the Turbo S. A pair of 18's will fit in any of them.

I particularly hate Chevy non HD/supe duty type trucks. Some folks I know

I thought so. A buddy super charged his for a pretty low price and it was a hoot. I rode in a gen 1 or 2 and it was not too shabby either for road beast.

I am particular to Ford myself. I LOVE my Expedition. It has had issues though. It was also DIRT cheep.
