My cousin in law is a wrench lover and tech for a huge local place, and picked went with one of those super duper 300s right before they went to the brand new style. He loves all the gizmos and readings he can pull. Loves ths MPG and many other things. But he won't work on it. Not for love or money. He has been able to pull a lot from the dealership. Things fell apart right as the warranty ended. He purchased some extension but all kinds of dumb shit went wrong. The ceiling fabric came down. Clocks stopped working. Engine just went funky for a bit. He hasn't paid a cent but now that he switched jobs I think they sold it. Too much fear down the road. Happened to 2 other fami members and their Durangos too. Warranty died then the car did seconds later.

I think that is Sean's goal, but I'm sure he would settle for just having a nice free car for a while rather than buying into a dog.

I just didn't end yesterday. My PC is shitting the bed a bit with some new drivers etc etc. Windows needed to have its update database wiped and checked for updates, and wiping my old PC changing the RAID and then re-installing everything. Oh yeah. Also going to try to get my taxes done before I see my financial guy in a couple hours.

I have lucis dreams if I smoke and go to bed. Its pretty crazy. Normally I only have horrible horrible nightmares but if calm and comming down from a stogie, I will have mellow, vivid, lucid dreams. X I sleep like shit no matter what so YMMV

Go to www.cigarsinternational.com and check their pricing out.I would suggest the following brands Gurkha - Evil - Centurion - Black Dragon Acid (Drew Estate) - Kuba Kuba - Kuba Maduro - 1400cc Liga Privada No 9 or T 52 Undercrown Both of the last two are made by Drew Estate as well. The price per stick should be in your range. The Acid lines are flavor enhanced (cured in an oils room for a nice taste for those not drinking a solid whiskey). You will save more buying in a 6 or 10 pack than per stick. Each cigar has it's own flavor profile, and description, but remember like whiskey one man's Woodford Reserve is another man's Jim Beam. If you get stuck between a few sticks let me know which ones. Once it's narrowed down it will be slightly easier to point you in the right direction. If I was only choosing one stick for myself with a good whiskey it would be the Ligament Privada No. 9 but I tend to like a richer smoke. I'm really liking the under crown. I think that it will be good for us (including myself) who don't do stogies often.Another question, should I get a cutter from them. I've read some stuff on the net but can you give me a run down on what you consider the proper way to smoke a cigar. A fibe dollar cutter for the night is a good investment. If the ring sizes are 50 and up a punch might be a good investment depending on the shape of your stogie. Large rings like a really smallish hole mouth hole. It helps to keep the tobacco heat down especially near the end. So if the mouth end is flat a punch is great. I wouldn't invest in a good cutter unless you plan to pick up the habbit. Also grab a TON of matches. Do not use a lighter unless someone there already smokes cigars and has a really good butane cigar lighter and uses highly filtered butane. You could also use untreated cedar, just less handy. I got a "cheep" butane lighter and it wouldn't keep butane for more than one cigar and would slowly leak over 24 hours. They apparently require really baller mfg and engineering to make the right for some reason. If you are outside, seriously, get at least one small box of wood matches per new guy. Maybe more. With large ring sizes and tighter packed ones you can go through a truckload of matches. I smoke particularly hard to keep lit and long smoking cigars. They are almost all full ligaro and delicate and delicious with bourbon, scotch, or medium dry maderias wine. That last combo will change your fucking world IMHO. I can also say that 6x60 Caine F-1 will make me officially stoned. It's an long commitment but my damn toes tingle by the end. I don't even inhale like smokers, just get the smoke kn my mouth. Tobacco is one of the most forgiving drugs though. The hold only stays strong if you allow it.

J you seem to have some MN love. Why not come up here? We can cruise for strange jammin to atmosphere, smoke stogies, swill bourbon, steal Sean's boat, and go take pictures.

This and writing my achievements is super super hard. I can usually help others with a resu, but doing my own is tough. Exactly why you need to start in brainstorming mode and create at least 5 pages. Super hard to make things concise the first time around.IF you write well, you can usually even keep 80% of the list from the 5 pages and get it into 1 page. Those resumes are golden. I am trying. I have been getting a lot of emails on my resumes, but then all of a sudden no communications. Weird stuff. Happened 3-4 times. Makes me feel like someome in Nigeria is fuckin with me.

Put the name of the job you want withing the first several words of a resume. So if your applying to be an HR rep, your resume should read "HR rep looking to fill roles specializing. ......blah blah" Or "Recognized and published HR rep ready blah blah blah" This helps a ton in getting your resume seen. After that it can be pretty job specific. Highlight your skills, then note tasks and achievements in your job history. A cover letter is sometimes welcomed too. I don't use that approach normally, but I might for a smaller corporation or firm if I'm applying a bit out of my normal wheel house.

I really like the Ghurka product.
-
So try to drop it, or put it on blocks if I need to for a really tall working experience. I could then stand at it I suppose.....
-
I am seriously thinking about chopping off a few inches from my desk. I cannot find a fucking thing under 800 bucks in a drafting chair. And some of the drafting chairs are too tall in fact. Bottom of the desk is 33".

Sean in you office chair shopping did you try the think or leap from Steelcase? Or the higher end Human scale stuff?

You really won't go for the ML again?? X6 vs x5M? Is that a fair fight? Also isn't the x6 bucket rear seats so no way you can get the kids in it?

Shortest I ever had a phone was < a weekend. Got an SDA on Thursday or something like that. Then got an MDA the on Monday or whenever it dropped.

I buy Chinese batteries most of the time. I actually keep my phone insured though. 4-5 bucks a month protects a fucking 600-800 dollar device. And has a stolen rate of $150 or so. Love it. I wish I had this when I went through phones every 6 months.
