That's a beastly mix! I'm at about 1.25 tbsp for a cup. I'll try upping my game.

2011 It's the TTv8. Insane for what I paid honestly. 40k with CPO.

@j-roadtatts What is your coffee to water ratio, and how do you gauge temperature for your french press? I'm still working on my recipe. Also I dont think I can reasonably "afford" the price of $18 bucks per 1 pound bag for Dunn Bros when I am not grinding it at home. By the end of the bag, even in the freezer, it's not as crazy amazing as the first few carafes. What do you use for beans/grind as a source? The first few were almost as good as good espresso, but now it's just the best perc/drip/non-espresso coffee I have ever had. When I'm working again I wont care but I feel it's irresponsible at the moment.

I thought the prices would have dropped dramatically being an 8 year old car! Crazy. I did buy at a really good time for German sedans.

Whaaaaat????? When I got my 550, I was seeing the v10 M5s for $20k!!!! Crazy. I actually test drove an alpina B7 the same day and ended up saying no thanks due to no CPO.

I would rather have a 335 honestly. Or the V8 M3. Or the v10 M5. All should be found for a decent price. But as long as we are bullshitting I'll take a GT3 with the doubleclockenclutchenkranker. The ideal would be the 911R I suppose with a manual, but the GT3 says GT3 so yeah...

You like being inside them? I've hated sitting in them. This was a long time ago however. I am a much different shape however.

You should get that Lambo SUV. Sexy.

Blame it on the rain!

I don't even remember what happy feels like honestly. I just want less pain and inflamation, maybe more a more satisfied life. Hurting sucks.

Chicken parm and hoke made fresh pasta tonight. I dont know how, but I have been eating carbs and still dropping body fat. These work outs must be getting me big. I'm up in weight but down in body fat. Pretty soon I'll need to really cut back though. I need to ut off all body fat. I'm about one month away from giving up and going to a mens clinic for HRT. Trying to do this "natural" with such a fucked body is just becoming too much of a chore.

BTW, Fried the enchiladas like all a good abuela would. Took forever. Was super hot and not much fun. So worth it. Fucking amazing. Shouldn't have tried an easy way out.

Makes her happy, I dont care. :-D I dont care about tea enough to give a fuck. If i do want good green tea I heat a cast pot with water, pour it out, then put in my tea and fresh water. That old way is good enough for me if I REALLY want to have an experience.

I don't know the technical term, but I think it has to do with how well cast iron transfers heat compared to stainless. It's not conductivity, the term escapes me, but it also has a wider pyramid shape and allows less flame to splash up onto the meat if your flame is a bit too agressive. These chops were from aldi, where I will never shop again BTW. They were so thin i think that high heat and intense sear was favorable. The grill lines were fantastic and in this case, really helped to cook that thing bony shit meat. I'll continue to review. I probably wont use it to smoke meat, if for no other reason it would be a lot more weight on the smoking plate. On the same note, I had a stainless steel plate for the bottom of the firebox, worst thing ever. Because it was so lightweight even the shifting coal would push it around and then spill into the bottom. I was really sad because the cast one is a consumable product and will slowly just erode.

Loved the sear marks. The ceramic grate gave out on me eventually and the other stainless one felt like a much less even heat.

Yeah, I dont get it but the W used it once and liked it. She does second batches with the same leaves and for some reason liked how it worked. This thing isnt a press actually, it's just a stationary screen in a little teapot.

Cast iron grate for the BGE is amazing. Did pork chops, cant wait to try steaks.

Those are easy to find at most grocery stores? I've never even looked for them.

It's so much better than I expected.

Walmart especial. Bodum. Wife is going to get a smaller one for her loose tea.

Do tell. Lol

Hilarious. I only use the sauce because I dont know what chili's to use.
-
@///M5. Of course I use lard, jesus, who do you think I am bro??? :-D I do like the canned sauce, but only because I add it to the onions I cook the chicken on. I think we can do better? With a few tbps of cumin ground in the mortar and pestle, I top the onions and cook the chicken on top of those onions. Lard used there also. I use a rojo seasoning from penzies spice or use paprika, crushed red flakes, garlic, and I also use my own chicken stock with a blonde roux. Usually add some tomato paste but tonight I didn't.
-
@///M5 What's your enchilada sauce recipe??? I am using another can for today, but next time I shall follow your expertise. Looked up some recipes and I want your input before I go forward. You can probably also help me where to shop. Coffee related.. I love french press. So much coffee oil. It's like heaven. $18 a bag from dun brothers feels expensive however. Is there another option. I feel like I have a friend off a big lake with a really good grinder that could hook me up if only I could find cost effective beans....... ;-)

The best sedan, interior and go pedal satisfaction, the TTV8 P car wins. Maserati was close for interior. Bently is ok too, but that car was so luxurious and well designed inside it blew me away. Amazing car.
