So I have taken some assessments..... 12 months ago VS Today Bench went from about 300 for 6 to struggling to push 140 on a machine for 8 Leg press went from about 1300+ for 6 to about 500 for 5 I could swim 4-5 laps before being completely winded now I have to walk in the pool as my cardio. I have to sit down even when helping customers because my joints hurt. The other morning I couldn't make it from my bedroom, to the kitchen then to the bathroom without a break because of the pain in my foot and knees and hips. I have gained a lot of fat and lost a huge amount of muscle. From October to today. I spent 3 days unable to get out of bed. I started to think about legitimately wanting to die if this kept up. Now I don't stress in the morning even if it's a bad day. One day I collapsed in the kitchen because the pain had my senses black out. I couldn't see or hear for about 1-2 seconds. Someone hit reset. I can now throw the ball for my dog, and even played in the snow with him in the spring. I was on several a bucket full of my own cocktail of anti inflamitories to make the day bearable 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I would add a muscle relaxer to go to sleep. Booze also helped keep the pain at a tollerable level, so I would add booze if I wasn't taking the muscle relaxer. I just take ibu/naproxen on the bad days now. It isn't enough to make it ok... but it's just enough to stumble through a rough one. For about a month or maybe a bit more, my morning started with me putting on warming mittens to be able to use my hands, just to open doors sometimes. It would take about an hour to get dressed. Then I would go to the gym and soak in the hot tub while the meds kicked in just so I could get around through the day. It was 5 hours before I could even function to a level where someone wouldn't think I was crippled. Now I can get up and leave my house in 15 min. I would look at stairs and might think about not doing whatever I had gone out to do. I ran up some stairs the other day and didn't notice until I got to the top. Some days I would sleep for 16 hours and still be tired. I can get by with 8 hours and feel almost human now.

I fucked up an order yesterday, going to drive out to the customers house tonight after I get off work and put their bed together. Lesson learned to double check what is set for delivery. Damnit.

There are only a few states that have the average income and quality of life that MN does....You also don't have to be filthy rich to eat well, and live well. The cost of living here is not really cheep, but there is so much to do that is free..... It's crazy!
