Well, I got a promotion. :-)

Cameras do almost nothing to stop theft. Having your belongings off the road and under a bright light and/or locked door is about the best. Dogs are good too. Alarms are worthless unless they are so loud they cause physical pain to the people breaking into your stuff.

Preworkout drink You mean bourbon?
-
That hood is a PITA to work on.
-
You should have been holding it's heart in the other hand.
-
The problem with the world is everyone is a few drinks behind.
-
I thought that was a myth.
-
Yes, but usually not for a few days. If you haven't puked while squatting you haven't been squatting.
-
Yup. I just buy a pre workout, with the stuff in it now. Flavor has become more important to me.

Of courseAre you serious or sarcastic? Creatine is a really good product in general. For most people it can help them gain performance and thus gain size and drop some fat.It really is a helpfull tool. For most is is something you would add to you sugary drink after lifting, or for some, before the work out. Creatine is part of our ATP cycle so it directly impacts performance, and it is most found in meats. Red meats if I remember right. So if you don't want a steak 2 times a day creatine can help. Time to try out some then.Obviously get a good brand but get the cheap pure stuff. I think that cellucors is full of gimmicks and concreet is as well. Normal ON creatine at 5g per lifting day is perfect IMO.I well, the gimmicky part might be true, maybe. I can't say for sure. I would say to used it every day not just lifting days though, and for me even some of the best brands of "plain" creatine monohydrate mess with my stomach a bit. If you mix it in your post work out or pre work out sugar drink, then rock on. I also like the flavored stuff.... Because it's flavored. I do not have measurable results on every day vs just lifting days, so I cannot tell you for sure, but for meas itit's cheeper than dirt ever time I ran a test with it I just opted for complete saturation vs just a bit more on lifting days.

Going out with co workers.... Both a bad idea and a near mandatory.

I sell the ergo bases a lot. Hence why I know the industry Slanguage, for when you sell a mattress on the bases it's referenced as"on dubs" :-)
-
Uhhh... they have them. Tempur-ErgosI me http://www.tempurpedic.com/TEMPUR-Ergo-Adjustable-Bases/TEMPUR-Ergo-Adjustable-Bases.asp By they i meant J's friends who like to use the tempur as a couch. It will alleviate the back pain you described.
-
They need a tempurpedic on adjustable bases. Or as we say.... Foam on dubs.
-
Sounds good to me young padewan learner.
-
Good point on the tempur. They are great for doggy style. You get bitchen traction, and no ones knees will ever hurt because of the pressure relief. The best beds for pure hard pounding fucks would be really shifty for sleep. It would be a hard bouncy bed.
-
Sorry to hear this Rick.I missed this. Sorry to hear it. Best wishes.
-
I specifically recommended the Grand Bed(cloud or original), the Allura(original NOT cloud), or the Cloud lux.
-
Tempurpedic is by far, and I do mean by a stupid margin, the most durable.
-
Something with an adjustable base so you can ride it like a couch. Just buy what is most comfortable that you can afford. And don't pay sticker price.
-
Good trip Sean?
-
I love that double oak. It's Fucking yummy.

Steak works like fiber for me. But yes, if you do decide on beef as your sole protein and don't miss a day, you could skip the creatine. :-)
