I never go as low as that guy unless it was warming up with lighter weight. Even when I got my squats up to 750 for 6 I would only go that low with 300 and usually way way less.

Milk is just fine for most adults, and a great source of calcium. If you have lactose issues then milk is a bad idea. Europeans have more trouble with milk than your average US citizen from what I understand. Cheese is a decent source of calcium, and a pretty good way to get it in your diet. Yogurt is good too, although yogurt still has some lactose, so it may not fix all issues.

Easiest way to stay fit. Assuming someone doesn't like sports it's going to maintain health as someone ages. Stronger bones, especially healthy for women and those who hate milk. It puts off age based feebleness. Makes you smarter than if you didn't to any activity. Helps you Fuck better. Lots of reasons. If you get enough exercise elsewhere, then awesome. Weight training is just easier and faster and in general safer than any sport.

You have brain damage. Security is not about slowing them down, it's about making them not want to even try. Don't be absurd. I didn't say a thing about motion lights. I said lighted area. If the lights turn on once they are already in range of the lights they are already there. So it is much much much less likely to prevent a theft with motion lights. Motion lights are pointless as a deterrent as much as a generic alarm is.

An alarm that goes off before someone touches the car is kind of nice, it might spook the random moron but if someone knows you have something they want, or if it's a motivated criminal(read meth head etc etc or someone with debt to bad people) noise won't stop them.

How much does your alarm cost Jon, and how far does the remote trigger work? Jon your car hasn't been broken into because most cars are statistically not broken into. You also take care of your belongings and are not putting yourself in a ton of shifty situations. Of course your alarm helps but it is the smallest reason it hasn't been broken into. As for the laminate, what is the cost? And it won't stop the window from being broken, so it really isn't preventing property damage, it's just mitigating it, depending on the cost of the laminate and modifications to the car. Prevention is all about location, perception, and deterrents. Make the risk not worth the reward for a criminal and they won't even try. Same reason why nicer kept places are robbed less than properties that are more run down. The perceived difficulty is a lot. Lights lighting up the property do more than cameras and alarms when you look at statistics for break ins. Relying on other people noticing the theft AFTER they break in is next to pointless because they now already have the mentality that they are under a smaller time constraint. So they will damage more of your property to extract what they wanted. They no longer need to be quiet so smash and grab time is at hand. Most thefts are now lock breaks, and when an alarm goes off as they try to quietly bypass a lock, they break a window since it's already loud and boom they smash and grab.

Thanks for all the congratulations. Should be ok. I just don't vent in the RL so much so I have to vent here. An example, I'm so furious with my warehouse team. Like on fire.... But if they fix it, I'm going to publicly praise the Fuck out of how they came through. If they don't fix it though, I am not sure what to do. The warehouse has cost me 4-5000 in volume... Fuck knows how much commission.

It is great news, it will give me a chance to maybe taste a little bit of bonus money every month. I'm trying to stay upbeat though because it has some really big downsides.. Right now I am about 8 min from my store... I'm going to be about 35-40 now. I'm also 1 block away from my gym....aka the hot tub that gets me moving on painful days.... It also isn't........ An AMAZING location and it has been clear that the expectation if for me to really do a lot of volume. Not working under the DM I like either. Not that this other guy is bad. I'm excited to crush some goals, but it's kind of bittersweet. It is hard to migrate from such a sweetheart deal.

Statistically it doesn't change the rate of theft, or likelihood of catching the thieves unless it actually is so powerful it slows them down. In most property/building uses they recommend a silent allarm for many many reasons. One of them being that an alarm escalates the situation for the thieves and they have been shown to cause more property damage. As it doesn't prevent the initial break in and almost never the theft, it makes the cost of an alarm statistically worthless. My point isn't that you shouldn't have one, my point is that it in monetary terms it saves less than it costs usually.
