There was an M3 GTR Dinan badged car there.
-
Passanger was nice. I didn't have to grab the steering wheel though. The exploder was akwards. Had to stretch to grab it if my legs were back far enough.
-
i don't know as I'd want a manual in an E46, not quick enough to need the SMG. My guess is yes though since I know they had learning pains. Not quick enough he says.... LoL I don't think I have ever driven something with a smart enough transmission in a sports car that I wouldn't want a manual.
-
My friend I went with is going to make a deal on a g37s that we test drove. Spunky car. 330hp.
-
Or make actual disks. Sean do the E46 M3s have bad/failing SMG systems?
-
Disk image those to another drive and then wipe and start up.
-
Ford wanted 8 grand less for the exploder sport. Yuk.

The 06 M5 was so buttery smooth.... MmmmmmmmThis was an 08 or 09. But 90k on the clock is too much for me with that car. I wouldn't have have any spare reserves to get a new tranny. And they are temperamental.
-
Well..... I fit into an M3 coupe e46. I tried to get into last gen M5 and I had to fold in half so I walked away. It had 90k on the clock, so no point in even trying it. Motoworks fuckers are the most incompetent sales guys ever.

Has a good reputation, so then I looked up the paint they use on a forum for body shop people and figured it might be ok. I'm really glad you confirmed what I was thinking. I know you have a lot of experience. It's also in a really nice area that is close by.

Don't feel so bad. I'm on the way to work now and won't get off until around midnight tomorrow nightI'll trade salaries too. Let's do this. It's not the work, just the hours. Thanks for trying to cheer me up. I am sorry about the long shift for you, but good OT and DT eh?
-
not when I am not the one paying for it. Maybe I should send it there and put a shit load of audio stickers on it before I drop it off. Hmmmmmmm.
-
Me too. Probably go to one in white bear or the one in Mpls. The Latuff guys are ok I guess, but I don't want my truck there......
-
I'm running a damn errand this morning and emptying the truck out, but need it figured out soon so I can get the vehicle to them today and get the rental today. I work tomorrow and working from basically 9-8, or later, makes it impossible to do this week.

Your car is totalledI am guessing it is too. Bittersweet.

Use whomever YOU feel comfortable with. With body shops, ask to see their work, both completed and in-progress. A good shop will have NO problem showing you anything. If they won't, walk away. Thanks for the tip. I will look for good places in the nice part of town on their list. Then go from there.

Russell Crowe on the other hand may be a problem.
-
Sure. Now Gerard Butler or Hugh Jackman, it might be close. you could whip those pretty b****** with your hands tied behind your back.
-
I just noticed it at the end of your post Sean, you mentioned you listen to a lot of talk radio at your age. That made me piss my pants laughing. I've been doing the same thing for about 5 years

Big mistake. Never borrow what you don't need. I don't need a house or a car, but we loan for that all the time. With my ability to buy down everything I can pay off other loans with a portion of what I get out, and it will pay for the whole cost of the loan. There are secured accounts that I can toss the money in and it will make back a huge portion of the interest if I went that route, but even more importantly the interest for the next 2 years will help bring down our gross taxable. That alone will pay for the interest, and maybe more. It also means more money for working out a refi on the W's student loans. Plus the most important part. I want a fucking toy. And I can afford it 4 times over.

Looking good baller.
