Yup. Same here. The last few years I have found a "need" for stimulants though. Especially with the arthritis. Pain makes you so tired. I can't describe how Fucking horrible it is. 10 hours of sleep sometimes feels like a 5 min nap.

Italian food doesn't make me swoon. I like the Americanised versions of lasagna and similar. I do like punch pizza though. Bar lagrass makes me happy as all hell, but I'm not sure how "Italian" it is. I would expect my favorite Italian foods to be the coffee , the salume, and maybe some of the deserts.

Me either. But when you get older and work graveyard shift like me, you learn to depend on it ...Its not if I like it or not, it's trying to keep myself awake at night ... That is tough. And one of the reasons I like cold press. I cannot drink hot coffee on the run all day. I will sweat too much. And espresso makes me sit and enjoy, so I cannot have that all day.Although I am thinking about bringing a machine to work. My Nespresso machine would rock it out at work. I drink black cold press all the time, and espresso. As for cheep I kind of meant 98% of drip coffee to be cheep. I drink it when I go out to a diner for breakfast, but that is about it.

Doesn't the cheep stuff hurt your stomach? I must be a bitch. If I drink shitty work coffee or things like Folgers my stomach cramps or I have to add a pile of cream.

LoL @ Sean's way. The best part about "his way", is he is standing on the shoulders of other guys who did hard work. It also looks like the hard way. Like most things, if you spend a lot of time and effort up front, you end up with less effort in the end.

Nespresso pods do a pretty good fuckin job IMHO.
