I just enjoy any band/group that will be popular, but I only listen to them before they are popular. After they are popular then they suck, and only the music before they became popular is awesome and everyone else is a poser.

Subjective arguments are the best. Makes the world go around. Also allows me to play devil's advocate and argue arbitrarily with people who get worked up about things like that.

I can understand that if you don't like rap in general you wouldn't like Jay-Z, but if beats and auto tune make music suck, then there isn't a good song made currently.

I doubt that you can consume enough food, without stuffing yourself and being uncomfortable, to worry about wasted energy that is lost as poop. It's almost impossible with carbs. Fat you would notice if you were not digesting, and usually indicates liver issues or some other problen. Protein is possible, but it's in the 50-60 grams in one sitting, maybe even more for some people. Eating small meals is healthier and you will both extract more micronutrients and make better use of your fast metabolism. The eating more now so you have to eat less later premise is fine. It's just not as healthy.

I refuse to purchase Sony's initial console launches. I will wait 6 months to a year for them to iron out the bugs that will undoubtedly plague the PS4. For Scotch, single malt is key. Blended is a no-no. and FWIW, it is no secret I am a huge fan of whiskeys. Irish, Tennessee, Bourbon... but I am not a Scotch man by any means. Some of the PS4s people are getting are "broken" straight out of the box. Some issues with metal tab blocking part of hdmi port and faulty firmware. Sony has said it's an isolated incident, but it appears to be a bit bigger than what they're leading on. I'll probably order one in a few months once the issues are solved. Their statement was about .4% so a really small amount. Microsoft screwed the pooch last time with the red ring of death. The lack of launch titles is the worst part.

Stefan, speaking of pictures, I found the most amazing article arguing about why people should use JPEG not RAW. It's an older article and I'm not sure all of it is true but some of the pragmatic perspectives were awesome. I'll post it when I get a chance. Just hopped on for a second to rest the feet. Making a rib roast, and reorganizing the refrigerator. :-)
