I have controlled lighting and an anamorphic screen so that really adds to the value. I have also shopped smart and have had 80" or greater for 10+ years and 2 complete projector and screen change overs for less than the cost of a really nice 60" plasma.

Well he lived his life 1/4 of a mile at a time. I guess he finally got that last time slip. I don't know if he was a nice guy or not, but he didn't deserve to be burned alive. Those will only help if your bottoming the keys. The whole point of having the detent, or bump, in the keystroke is so you don't have to bottom the keys. The rings make a lot more sense on keys without the bump. If you want a to feel the bump but don't want the loud click, the browns are a much better choice.

Blue is the loudest for the most part.

Home stretch! Happy everything calmed down.

Lately I have been doing lots of 3 bone rib roasts... I should try that big pan for those.

My most versatile pan is probably my all clad 14" frying pan. I love that thing. I have 5-6 la crusset cast iron pans, and for saucepans, and dutch ovens or roasters it's all la crusset cast iron. I grew up with the la crusset so it is both familiar and comforting. Using stainless has been a learning experience. Ruined a few meals. What I love about the big frying pan is spatchcocking a bird searing the skin and then being able to load some vegis and herbs all in that one pan and pop it into the over to roast. A really well roasted chicken is one of the best things, and then the stock I make from the bones and leftover veg... Ermagerd
