Games are the cheepest entertainment for me Sean. My schedule doesn't let me do much else right now. On top of that my physical issues do slow me down. Anyway, I agree, being productive would be nice. If I could find a 15" with a lot of grunt, I would be happy. I'm not going to buy something that won't kill photo editing. Anyway you are right productivity > entertainment but I need more ballance.

All my outdoorsy friends have jeeps...... All of them replace the engine for an LS or an itty bitty diesel.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I will probably end up taking some online class this year if I stay at my job. Even if I get the area manager position I will still be underutilized, and I am not getting interviews. I feel that it's mostly because of my lack of a degree. Probably some kind of engineering as it's the only thing I can think of that would exercise my brain. I did stumble onto a lead however. One of the girls in the company has a father who is loaded and runs a few companies. Apparently he always wants sales people, as long as they are willing to travel. His company is some importing company. It's probably nothing, but I'm sure as hell going to see if I can leverage something.

You really NEED a laptop? And if you do, you really NEED it for gaming?Personally I feel if it isn't an Ultrabook, it is a waste of money. I don't really need one for anything. My day however is about 8 hours of down time, and I would like to do something in that inactive time. The more I fill my day, the more successful I am. Especially if it's things I enjoy, or things that enrich me. I'm not sure how to stay busy and entertained.

I'm leaning towards the Toshiba Qosmio x70. It gets a bad wrap for overheating, but apparently all notebooks with the 770m do. I also read a review where it gets better FPS. Not that I really give a fuck, but more of a "future proofing" for the next couple years as software changes. It comes with Photoshop and elements free. The only downsides are 17.3 inch is huge Questionable heat issues pumps enough heat it can make your mouse hand uncomfortable from some reviews I will probably have to buy a regular adobe suite anyway No SSD at the $1300 price Up side is Cheep for everything you get 17.3 for cheep and will help with photo work Apparently really quiet

What do you need it for? Any gaming or intense processing?I will probably spend more time gaming on it, but I "need" it for processing. Mostly photos, a little video.

That's crazy. How are the antibiotics working? Penicillin and cleocin. Aunt said it's working, however he is really sick. Conscious but not good.

Also, my uncle has an infection commonly known as "flesh eating disease". WTF!?!?!? Go out to pull in the ice house and gets a brutal infection from a cut on his elbow!

Make her do what you do. If it's too hard for her, have her do 15-20 reps not 6 reps. Her foot position for squats will change. Because hips. :-)Her shoulders will be narrow so benching becomes harder. Some women find dumbbells better for benching. Maybe it's mental and the bar freaks them out. Whatever you do, don't let her talk some old bull shit about how weights will make her huge. Unless she eats huge she won't get huge. And women's bones are at more risk, so weight training is much more important for their general health. If she works out with you, yelling and grunting might turn her off.... Maybe it will turn her on though. :-) If she has a "problem area" she wants to target let me know and I can be more specific. If her target area is the tummy....... Start biking 16miles and lifting. Lol calorie deficit is the only way to help the tummy.crunches might make it bigger. With my wife I really had to slowly work in the "manly" workouts to make her comfortable. Also, with my wife it looked liked she didn't even have to try but raising the weight 5 lbs would have been too much. Also, do shit she wants to do as well even if it's not "the best" makes her feel good and as her workout IQ improves her choices will get better. You can also work in more body weight workouts (dips, pull ups, planks, gymnastics holds) Holds insane good IMO for building your joints and with her lighter weight she'll probably be able to beat you in many areas, which makes her feel good and not inferior. Really good tips. My wife is diesel as fuck though. Lifted as much as my roommate before I really got his workouts on track. Her pushing similar weight probably made him motivated too lol

It's for the pump. More blood, more nutrients. Etc.Now a lot of powerlifters transition quickly to bodybuilding. Safer lifting is everywhere now, and frankly, the drugs are better, or rather the info on how to use them is better. Haven't bodybuilders been successful transitioning into powerlifting? Ie: they built all the raw muscle then they transition to strength work.I could be full of shit, I don't really follow either group much, but that's what I heard from someone I consider smart on the matter. I am sure it has been done. But power lifting gets even less endorsements than bodybuilding, so it's less likely. Also age. 10-20 reps starts looking nice at 30 if you spent your whole 20's chasing one rep max.
