Also as a nice little treat my right knee is swollen again. I gave in and took a cyclobenzaprine aka flexeril aka I may be useless tomorrow. This constant intensity in the morning, punctuated with near sleepless nights is pushing me to my near maximum limits for exhaustion and full breakdown. Usually I handle problems, then decompress, but this approach isn't working with this issue. Something that is also odd is that I have only been in really bad pain for 4-5 weeks, vs MONTHS with the first flare up before I got to this point. The stress of work, though healthy (and I am demolishing numbers this month so far) is maybe why my limits are being reached quickly.

By calling direct I saved a bunch of time and hassle.... But the phone call was 2.75 hours because of tech problems.

Booze helped a lot so I could sleep. Meds and booze don't mix though, so booze had to go.

Fun Aaron. I hope it clrears up and I feel good enough to go for a walk with the new camera. Have only played with it a little bit.

He has full. Almost no cartilage left in his knees and bad back and shoulders. Carrying welders up steel ladders on boats.

effective way of ignoring a sales personI can't find a way to break through it. Especially if it's a work call and not just an obvious social call where I could say hi and/or offer a bottle of water.

I get the same feeling when I go to the VA.J Just got off the phone with a Navy buddy who gets worked up, wants to file for full disability, then gets to the VA and can't do it. They got him better meds at least.

Also, today is particularly painful, and the W was being a pain this morning.(works from home and I am her IT when something goes wrong). So I get worked up and then hurt way worse.... For some reason latte helps. A bunch. So I'm hobbling into Karibu and see a guy working the door with those crutches people have when they have MS etc. No right to complain.

Then asks the price of a frame and dips out to get his hair did. Lol

Walked outside for a bit...... Came back in on his phone. Dude either really needs to manage time better and really needs a bed desperately, or he is a super D Bag.

Here is someone I have a hard time overcoming. Someone who comes in on their phone and stays on it for an extended time. 20 min of talking business(or personal) in a store is super rude IMHO. Dude is basically talking shit about clients for his tile company. I just let them walk and give then space, but boy does it chap my Ass. Then just walks out.

Who knows where the mayhem will be.

Not sure. I'm guessing southern twin cities or more south. Sport bikes not cars BTW. Shit we used to autocross in the parking lot for the st Paul Saints.

Cold is in general is a pain amplifier for autoimmune related arthritis. At least for everyonw I know. I really need another massage actually. Couldn't fit it into yesterday, and Friday is pretty booked with my specialist apt. If it's not raining I'm going to photograph my buddy at a track day. Should be cool.
