More thought on the white lenses..... The only benefit to that lens there is that it has a free UV filter. If you can get new for $150 more, I'm sure they would throw in a filter, and you would have a warranty.... You could maybe get away without IS if you only shot that lens in bright situations. Your 70D handles low light really well. But for the distance your shooting you will have to learn to hold your breath just before the peak of every inhale, learn to lean on something, or keep a monopod around to help deal with the weight. But then one cloudy day, or an indoor day, and you will wish you would have got the IS. And per your normal thinking this IS isn't going to depreciate much. So you will loose very little and be able to make 60-70% of the shots instead of 20-30%.

Dude! Where you been? I miss "us"! No homo

No IS is a no go!Sean you want IS. And if you can get over the price, you want the IS II. With kids in sports, you really really need it if you can afford it. And you can. Have you ever been to Jax Cafe? They have a dimly lit back room for events. I took amazing shots that I could not with anything less. I will bring the MKii on Tuesday. You will be shocked. It's is the fastest to focus and the best IS I have tried. And I tried all the 70-200 from Canon before I shot my load.

My coworker who had a stroke just finally got back home. Pretty cool to see him recovering so well! That kind of good news makes me happy.

It was the bushing on the recoil spring. I might try a new grip, maybe my hands have changed with the arthritis and I need it to be different. I do flinch a bit. Trying to work that out.... My 9mm has a harsher snap to it, but I shot great. Same with a friend's .40 and 9mm.

R2, did I ask you about what to check on my shooting? I had to replace a bushing on the 1911 and all my shots are going down, and to the left. They didn't before. With 2 other pistols I was pretty on target. Any guess what it might be?

That sucks.

Plus a problem happening more than 20 times faster..... While salt of course will eat it faster..... I'm not too sure that 20 times more frequent is an acceptable amount.... :troll:

I agree. Just dont see Ford having the problem to the level of needing a recall. I also like to stir up the Ford vs GM debate. It's fun.

I remember saying something about GM in general having issues in the north...

Time to try to sleep.

Mood enhanced etc. Sounds exactly the same, but is perhaps more mellow.

Have you had zyprexa? Same class of drugs. I have had that for sleep before. Knocks you the Fuck out. Moderate hangover, feel low key and slow.
-
That is insanely high Ryan. Are you normally diabetic? That number is absurd.

For just raw sleep, I have a mountain of sleeping pills at my disposal if I so choose, but the pain wakes me up every hour and a half or so.

Get your dr to prescribe Seroquel. Yes it's for crazy people but trust me 50mg right before bedtime works miracle. After a week or so you can tell a huge difference in stress/nerves. And sedation is a side effect. Will make you sleep like a baby for 8 hrs or so. Even with the knee pain ( I have arthritis in both mine)I will talk to him. My tendons feel really great right now. Huge help. Your knees are osteoarthritis correct? I want to say I remember you mentioning autoimmune disorder previously.... I have psoriatic arthritis and what helps most arthritics doesn't always help me. Especially since my flares are extreme, but my ok times are generally ok. I'm most likely to get the chemo drug methotrexate when I go in on Friday. Biologics are not as ideal for me since once your on, you are on. The methotrexate is possible to use for flares. What I am most concerned about right now is pain management. I need more relief than I can get from embarrassing myself at the gym trying to get into the hot tub, and all the time that trip takes when I'm all locked up, and the massages that I don't even have time to schedule. Taking pain meds has never been my thing, but I'm having so many sympathetic pains from trying to compensate for the inflammation that I'm beginning to loose real mobility. Pain meds and muscle relaxers are the lesser of 2 evils right now.

I was told I got some upgrade that is just a snick above the regular economy, and exit row on all flights. Dunno what the small upgrade seats are, but I'm certain my body will love the exit row, and aisle.
