    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

It's a 20-year-old tank and I like it. It needs about 200 more ponies though. My favorite winter vehicle to date.Correct. More power is always better. I was thinking comfort/ride and design. Big 2 doors are always awesome. Mercedes CL AMG, M6, RS5 etc...

My weights are not as far down as I thought. I ran out of steam pretty quick though.

General rule of thumb is only do strong hallucinogens when everyone you run into will also be on them. Then do them with only 1 person. And as always no rule of thumb is 100% accurate, but that is one I'd prescribe too. When I had done mushrooms in the past, it was as if everyone on them with me was in the Black Hole Sun video. Ha! Accurate. Errr..... So I have heard.

I think most women love confident dudes, ripped or not. That's the truth. I don't go out much, but when I do, I get attention despite my current looks. The wedding ring alone gets a ton of ladies.

One good thing about my fucked up body shape is I don't look nearly as fat as I am. I also never looked really strong though. When I had 18.8" arms I never looked that muscular. 34-36 waistline 26-29" thigh and I still looked chubby.

I have given up on general health. I just care about quality of life. That's way more optimistic than it sounds. I'm stuck using a drug that kills my immune system, and pain killers and muscle relaxers durring flare ups. Working out helps the negative inflation and makes me feel good. Then when I'm 50 with no cartilage left there might be enough tendon alive to glue it to some sweet robot joints. Plus Bitches love a ripped dude. :-)

Sounds good Neal. Tucking your elbows takes so much pressure off your rotator cuff it's crazy. I have been working with a pair of resistance bands at work in my downtime time to get my joints ready. I'm going to take it easy myself this week before I test my limits.

That was all before I had a prescription for testosterone too. I make less testosterone than most 70 year old men. Not that my joints could handle it, but I'm certain if I used hormones again I could blow those numbers out of the water.

That is Beast mode! Deadlifts kill my lower back, but I keep at them. I have shorter arms and medium length legs, but an extra long torso. And a belly. If I raise the bar up just 2-3 inches I could deadlift in the mid 400's without too much fanfare.

Just remember to eat, and stretch intensely AFTER you lift. Minimize stretching during your warm up, but make sure your limber. The best way to avoid injury is to tuck your elbows too. Like a lineman ready to push. Concentrate on your angelbones squeezed together and your elbows tucked.

Before the arthritis my record lifts were 310x8 bench, 1600x11 leg press(ran out of room for weight), 720x8 Smith squat, 415x6 raw squat, 250x6 bent over rows, and deadlift 310x~6. Deadlifts are my worst lift ergonomicly.

Haha! My worst fear is that after I die, my wife will sell all my guns for what I told her I paid for them.

Give me 2 months and I'll be back in it to win it. In 3 I hope to have my flat bench back to 255x6, and leg press above 1100x6 again. 6 months I want to be squatting 300+x6

He is a good looking guy. At least he is the one who has to impress me and not the other way around. IBS and playing catcher can't be a good combo.
