That beast mode saw is going to laugh that little pine down.
-
I'm gonna fell my first tree in years sometime between today and Tuesday. This has me so extremely excited. Its disproportionate and inappropriate how excited I am to clean up my yard.
-
I always have some. :-)

I'm so seriously excited to fell a tree and trim some limbs. That saw is so badass!
-
That weed whip is so fucking beastly!!!! Excited to do some more trimming and then see how well the blower moves trimmings

It's definitely true that fit would matter more than brand. My experiences with other modern bows is so much less favourable.

Buy Matthews for bows.
-
Was my second choice. They only do 4 strokes and IF maintenance needs to happen I didn't want that. They also weighed almost 10lbs more 7 years ago than they do now which is a lot. Bought the only blower that blows harder than a Stihl on the market I grabbed the best from stihl. #blowhard

For some reason I thought Sean didn't like his echo
-
Sean did you look into stihl for backpack blowers?
-
Drills yes... Not sure what else they really kill at.

I did regret the purchase. Bumped up to a 600 series. I think my balls dropped and I grew 1" closer to the ground.
-
I really hope I don't regret moving into the 400 or greater series saws.....

So... Chainsaws are expensive....

Sean, when it comes to bows, I don't think I can recommend Matthews compound. By no means am I some kind of archer, but my BIL is a big fan. Just cough up for the best. Aluminum shaft arrows are probably the best idea for you. Most durrable and you don't need the extra speed or rigidity of carbon. Get whatever trigger feels best for you, I can give you a rec if you want. If you would like to get fitted, any of the big sports shops can help. If you want smaller, I know Cappras in Blaine is a good, the BIL goes there. A recurve would be silly IMO but if you want to feel like a savage they are fun. It would equate to going from black powder to modern cartridges to me. A crossbow could be ok... But hunting with them here might only be ok for people's with disabilities. Have to check on that. Hunting with a bow is probably more exciting. But. Rifle is probably more humane and you get to blow more money on optics! I purchased a scope and its been sitting 3+ years for a rifle lol.

Hitachi or Bosch is the brand for high power router? I'm pretty nervous I burned out my craftsman.

ANd either you bought something or decided you couldn't. I can't tell from the frown. He ninja edited. I saw the pic. I'm guessing he got a Stihl of a deal.It did work??? For me it just showed a link that was dead. I did get a deal. I wish I could have purchased more saw but the reality is I'll probably never *need* more saw and this one is ighter and better for some up a tree work that I have to do.

Sean I would be honored to go shoot with you sometime. Deer = rifle Turkey = shotgun I am assuming you mean in MN at least. Shotgun and deer in MN is much more complex last I looked. If it's for the boys I feel firearms are a lot "safer" than bows.
