    Mike I would really stick with preworkouts or caffeine pills. I would also highly recommend pills over the drink. You don't need the flavoring or fake sweeteners in your body. They will just slow you down and usually they have sodium that is not needed. I do really miss the old Assault product. A serving was close to a 1/4 cup and it was both yummy and didn't have a chemical feel or taste. They switched the recipie and it's bullshit now in comparison. I would rather take adderall. Or if ephedra came back that would be the best.

    Thank you. Ita interesting watching my body change. My arms and legs are so lean. I much prefer holding my fat in the belly area where as before I kept more fat spread out over my body. The definition I have now is weird to see on my own body.

    Sometime roughly a year ago I was right around the 500lbs mark. Hopped on the scale halfway through dinner and 32 oz of water and weighed in at 338.5.

    That is a thing. I didn't eat after leg day... Just skipped one meal and it turned into abdominal cramps so bad I couldn't eat or drink for about 12 hours.
