Holy smokes. I got exceptionally sick and hit about 530 myself. In the last 2 years I got down to just under 300. First time in a long long long time.

Despite all the shit im going through im turning into something much better than I was. I lost >200 pounds and people would comment, "Have you lost some weight?". The last 10 pounds or so changed everything. I can't power lift heavy with the calorie reduction I am at now, so I have started working my gymnastics and martial arts. Also I have been getting some spine straightening at my massage place. The small posture changes have been intense. I havent had this much attention since I was 21. My ego is starting to take up entire rooms.

I hate when Im chosing blur or near u usable grain as the aperature is already capped and no one can sit still. I got a splid chance of holding for 1/8 second if I have IS.

Of my last 10k shots i bet 8k were of people/living things that are moving.

Sean is correct. Let the pictures be slightly darker and then you have more room to add light. Blown out you can do nothing. Darker can help you. My shooting makes me less likely to shoot at 100ISO. It is absolutely just as important but it's also unrealistic for moving people who are not in studio level lighting.

Dont do it. You would like a 7dmkii more. Its a better camera for you.

When im trying to make money it's in aperature priority and i set collars on the ISO and the shutter speed. If I can do test shooting, I create a manual setting that gives me a good basic starting point for pictures in that room. I usually do not have the time to make manual changes.

I enjoy watching digitalrevtv. A lot of what you will find is product review. If you want to really learn though B&H has a TON of youtube tutorials.

Starting in your neck? If so it would be pillow.... And as you found out, I am less of a pillow magician than maybe expected. When you come in to look for beds, I will show you how to use your pillow to reduce neck stress. It may not cute ya, but it will be a step in the right direction.

Well, maybe not an expert, but I know something about them. I dont have a latex product and I wouldnt recommend them as a first choice. I have problem whith the product but if you didn't put >$3000 for it, I would be nervous of the overal quiality of the company/product. At that price your really deep into some incredible spring beds and hybrid beds, or Tempurpedic. I have owned and been happiest with Kinsdown. The family that owned the brand sold i thing... Either way they beds are not the glory they used to be. I wanted to buy a Tempurpedic, but i couldnt justify the cost at the time. I was also heavier and the tempur I needed to support my weight was >3x the cost of the Simmons that I chose. Im more likely to buy something new on a whim also. Or if a rep wanted to bribe me ive heard beds fall off trucks..... ;-)
