I have a half rack, decent adjustable bench from hois, preacher attachment, leg curl attachment, a pair of 90# power blocks, ez curl bar, and only ~400 pounds for the heavy bar. I really want to try one of those hip belt squat machines. If they feel as good as they look I need one of those.

When I want a deal I say one of two things. "This is exctly what I need, I honestly expected to pay less, is there ANY room to move so I can PayPal you/come get and pay you ASAP?" Or "I really want this item, but I always try to get a deal, is there anything worth trading that might benefit us both?" I seem to be really good at choosing which one to use on who. If I cannot get any rapport I'm usually too nervous about the situation. lmao

The MN version of Good Old Boys showed up with blackriles to help protect some small businesses as the police didnt help. They got business owners out mostly I think and frankly, evening they didnt use them all that much, they looked like everything rioters don't like. Incredibly overequiped guys working in small groups with radios. They helped some and then got out when they knew it was going to be unsafe from what I hear. It was cool to hear them say to the media to take the focus off the looting and focus on Floyd. They were there to stop looters because the police abandoned the city and that was the instructions given. An Australian news guy said "...this is not Lebanon at civil war, this is the heart of America..." wild stuff.

PD station was set on fire and the PD stood down. I am extremely concerned that the riot will bump into the national guard and cause casualties. That would be a very different situation than police mostly using leasthan lethal. I know some officers from the st paul dept. They really hate the bad cops and I'm praying to all the gods on earth for them.

Listened to at least 50 hours of lectures while skimming papers for the last week. Almost no men are affected by this and its healthcare so it's so female centric already.
