I'd say in particular for baking as the amounts are much more critical then. I only bake once in a red assed moon, and almost exclusively with old family recipes that are volumetric only

Alrighty, here are the final pics of the hope chest before she gets loaded in the back of the Suburban and shipped off to my sister's, came out spectacular. I absolutely love polyurethane, gives almost as good a luster as lacquer but still retains the feel of wood :neil: :neil:
