waiting for the gas company to inspect and approve the repairs before gas service resumes, bleh

should be done with the den by the start of April, god willing

Gas is finally fixed (turned out to be a much less expensive install than originally planned, so saved about a grand), drywall finishing is almost done, starting to see some light at the end of this tunnel
