soooooo, I get a nasty muscle crap in the middle of the night; no bigggy right? so I wake up later, get out of bed and my knee gives out. turns out that cramp tightened up all the ligaments/tendons/whatever in and around the knee. so I basically have to rub my knee out with myoflex before I can even get out of bed! (didn't help that I had to piss really bad either!) fun way to start off the day

Speaking of work boots, I have question since Red Wing's website seems to be under construction: They have listed safety toe, non-metallic toe, aluminum toe, in addition to the steel and soft toe varieties. The aluminum toe is obvious, but what the heck is the difference between the non metallic and safety toe??
