Random Notes: Anything you can do in a Durango/Expedition/Tahoe/Sequioa you can do equally well in a F-150/Ram 1500/Silverado 1500/Tundra crew cab short. In addition they'll charge you 7-12,000 more for the SUV than the truck, even if they are similarly equipped (one of the reasons we went with our Silverado crew instead of the Tahoe or Suburban). Ford does offer the F-150 SuperCrew with a fullsize 6' bed. They're kinda rare, though. Raptor. HD diesel models are beyond overkill for your application. Be aware that the Super Duty and the Ram HD 4x4 models you get a multi-link coil sprung solid axle up front instead of the IFS. A 3/4 ton crew cab short gas V8 is a nice option since you get a real 6' bed in addition to plenty of brawn. Most offer ~2.5k-3k payload and ~10-13k towing. Raptor.

Half-ton 4 door crew, 5' bed Versatile as hell, plenty of capacity. Most of the newer models (5 years or younger) have ~1200-1700 payload ratings and 7,500-10,000 tow ratings. Ford made an asston of 'em and you can regularly find nicely equipped low mileage used models for <22k for 4x2 models. If you can find one, an FX4 packaged 4x4 model is the next best thing to a Raptor.

Wouldn't be so bad if they set up the theater as SCIF room
-
Yes, I have to drive at least 35 miles in any single direction to find a theater
-
Really the only reason I go to the theater is for the big screen and the audio system...and the popcorn All three of which I can basically reproduce in my own home with enough funds and gumption, so, why bother driving at least a half hour to watch a flick, ya know

Neighbors are probably going to send a hazmat crew to my house pretty soon :fart:

Denatured alcohol is my preferred method for surface prep but really any alcohol should do the trick

Anyhow, based on the behavior I've seen the last three times or so I've gone to the movies, I've just about decided to invest in a nice HT setup and wait for DVD's/Blu-Rays to be released via Netflix. The cinema, one of my most revered places, a place as holy to me as any house of worship, has been officially ruined by my fellow Americans; for shame.

went to watch the Expendables, shitty seats (opening weekend what do you expect), power to about half of the mall goes out halfway through the movie so yeah I'm pissed of what little I saw of the movie it was definitely worth the 5 bucks
