CarMax called and confirmed that basically everything that didn't blow up last time is getting replaced; took two trips but now it has a completely new, top to bottom A/C system. Will have, actually since they had to order the parts

spoke too soon, the highway speed NVH is still there oh and the so called "fixed" air conditioner? notsomuch driving ~130 miles to Houston and back with a car that feels that its about to fall apart and no A/C in September = fun Bourdain was a hoot though, so its all good Exactly why I prefer BM'ers to MB. That shit just happens over and over on the MB's that everyone I know has owned. I kind of expected the A/C to go out, seeing as most factory original A/C's don't last more than 10 years down here, regardless of make. I can see how 10 year factory original rotors can warp, especially in this climate. Tires throwing a belt I did not expect, but I have no experience with Pirelli tires so who knows.

Thank god for warranties at least
-
So chatted with folks at CarMax They (service people) seem like a decent bunch of guys and agreed that they should have replaced the entire A/C system last time but the warranty people won't let them replace components that don't need it; they apologized profusely and said they would fix it ASAP Haven't had a chance to check it out but I'm almost certain the front brake rotors are warped, and I have a sneaking suspicion one (if not more) of the tires has thrown a belt...going to check in depth when we get it back from CarMax

Needs to stop raining so I can climb underneath the E55 :glare:

Re-Balanced the front tires on the E55; rides much better but there's still a violent shudder present when you press the brake pedal (~50% pressure or so) at highway speeds....the search continues...

there's just something about swimming in a saltwater pool aboard a 200,000,000+ pound boat in the middle of the ocean that kind of makes me go cross-eyed normally I would advocate piling in the car and roadtripping to Mexico as a vacation but uh....that's not such a good option right now...

Treadmill - 1 mile @ 3 MPH, 3% incline Upright Row Reps 12 Sets 2 Skull Crushers Reps 12 Sets 3 Front Raises Reps 12 Sets 2 Rear Raises Reps 12 Sets 2 Air Bike Reps 20 Sets 3 Barbell Curls Reps 12 Sets 3 Hammer Curls Reps 12 Sets 2 Arnold Press Reps 12 Sets 2 Bench Press Reps 10 Sets 4 I think I might actually be getting into shape Decided to stop concentrating on legs since they're basically strong enough to mule kick a chihuahua across three counties Treadmill is definitely helping the right knee and ankle get back to normal, although the people I've talked to with similar knee/ankle problems seem to feel that they've never quite gotten back to 100%; we'll see...

I went on one when I was like 10. I think exploring everything yourself would be a lot more fun than doing everything on a schedule and sleeping in a mobile hotel. Might as well join the Navy, save yourself a couple thousand bucks

saw a thing on the history channel about cruise ships and I threw up in my mouth a little honestly who the fuck would want to go on a fucking cruise
