27 ounces is "heavy"?
-
I'm really digging the textured rubber on the outside, too.
-
using with glasses isn't a high priority, so those H20 Bushnells in 10x42 will probably be the hot ticket
-
http://www.ebay.com/itm/110744819648 This is the exact model Bushnell we have and is inadequate at the range. Stepping up to a 42 mm would help a bit, but the extra magnification of the 10x42 is tempting....decisions decisions...

Those Bushnells are a lot easier on the pocket book; I think the local sporting goods store has those and the H20 10x42 models on display, I'll have to check 'em out in person.

Apparently it took Sandusky 16 seconds to answer "no" when he was asked if he was attracted to young boys

Wow! That Report button works really well!

Trailblazer 10x50 looks to be the best option, no?

skip to 0:55 for the good stuff

We've been using a compact pair of wally world bushnells for 15 years without complaint, so having the best quality optics certainly isn't a priority
-
No range finding, max oh I dunno, maybe 100? 150?
-
I thought 200 yards was a bit much, good thing I rechecked. The shooting range we use is 100 yards max. with the .243 and the .44, 50 yards with the .22's. I was thinking along the lines of 8x40 or 10x50

Ray Charles' Georgia On My Mind played on the radio going to class this morning, and Willie Nelson's version played on the way back. If that ain't a sign I don't know what is...

Can you tell me what its for? I'm an optics junkie. Just general usage. Not concerned about having the best of the best of the best, just a quality built pair at a reasonable price. Only specific things I'm looking for are decent amount of eye relief for using with glasses, at least a 5 mm exit pupil so it can be used in all types of lighting, and fairly rugged design that will handle abuse. Nothing compact/pocket sized, either. Do how far out and what will you be looking at? As in size of objects. IE animals or hot chicks.... Or dudes if your into it.....that are on the beach or down the road etc..... Or .308 holes in paper at 400 yards. animals, hot chicks, .22, .243 and .44 holes in paper at 100-200 yds. max

on a more serious note, who makes quality binoculars?
