True, although I wouldn't start deadlifts unless you can do Hindu squats without issue

That's what I thought. I've heard a lot of people claim their mid 70's land barge is safer than newer cars because of their "battering ram bumpers" :roflmao:

http://www.autoblog.com/2011/11/27/1962-cadillac-vs-2002-cadillac-in-head-on-collision/ Any thoughts on what would happen if they used a mid 70's model with the gov't mandated bumpers?

"I never actually worked these problems, I just drew them. What can I say, I got lazy." Electrical Theory professor after I definitively showed him that zero voltage drop across a resistor means a dead short through it, negating the rest of the resistors in the circuit drawing. Still got it wrong; no biggie for me personally but that one test question was effectively worth about 2% of the overall semester grade, and I know most if not all the rest of the class got it wrong.

Roughly 85% of your 1 rep max. Here's a handy calculator that will get you in the ballpark http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

So we went out to lunch for the grandparents' 50th anniversary, some knucklehead hauling a trailer full of hay took out the taillight of the truck, scratched the clearcoat and left a nice big ding in the bedside while we were dining. This day just keeps getting better.

LOL Went to a 60 minute cycling course today, I was trashed, although I ride to work daily. So if my main goal so far is to get the fat off I think if I can do this course 3x / week it's great. And further down the road I can add weight lifting. Thoughts ? Small frame, so any extra fat = Adrian is chubby. Weights burn a lot of calories, too. I personally try to do whole body weights + cardio three times a week, has helped me a ton, both physically and mentally.
