Looks like he's going to pony up a few more Benjamins and getting a built in Mirage 605 and rotisserie kit; three stainless 16k BTU/hr burners, a 16k BTU/hr infrared burner, and a 15.5k BTU/hr infrared rotisserie burner. All for about the same price as a BGE XL + Nest + BBQ Guru...makes perfect sense...

Ugh, cannot get these model numbers right: BIM605RSBI

Yeah I was looking at the Vermont Castings VCS501SSBIP and the Napoleon BIPT600RBI; they both have great warranties, built in North America, and are available as built-ins; the Napoleon has a 30k BTU/hr infrared sear burner though. Oops, it's a 15k burner, not a 30k

BGE. I second that, but Pen is looking for something that uses a lp. Thirded, but the person who I'm helping is looking for a built in gas grill, I guess he's been watching a lot of the DIY network or something and is wanting to make an outdoor kitchen/BBQ island

the Napoleon grills seem to be reasonably priced and about half the price of Lynx

Aaron are you fingering the exhaust pipe of that poor exploder?

Sean, I know you've done the research; are there any quality gas grills with infrared that are ~1000 or less? Doesn't need side burners or rotisserie or anything fancy like that.

Raw denim is the newest trend. And as was posted above, denim appears to be a fairly strong antibacterial/antimicrobial agent.
