I am just curious.............why the Soy Protein? J He is trying to get in touch with his feminine side. Yeah isn't there something in soy that mimics estrogen, or something along those lines? Might want to tell that to a few hundred million southeast Asians Sweet. You will just be short! It can make you shrink, too?

How much protein do you take a day, or month? 10 lbs. of powder a year, give or take, along with ~750 mg creatine.
-
And hey, if it sucks I'll just stick to buying commercial products.
-
And the only reason I'm trying a plant/whey blend in the first place is price. Can't get an all whey blend from TP that isn't cheaper than a commercial product from BodyBuilder.com.

For every article there is an equal and opposite article. Thank God for the intrawebz!!! Correct.

I was born and raised Catholic never ran into anything like this. I don't know anyone who believes in God, Allah, Mogammed, etc, who acts like this response. The atheists can be just as ignorant as those who believe in a supreme being. Come on down to the bible belt area, you'll see plenty of it. Not necessarily the Catholics, but definitely the Southern Baptist/AoG/CoC congregates.

Little bit more protein, little less iron, calories, fat, and carbs. Yes, I am quibbling over a few tenths of a milligram, but since both are the same price and both get the job I went with the second option.
-
And since I'm sure someone is wondering: Rice Protein Concentrate 20% Soy Protein Isolate 20% Whey Protein Concentrate - Super Grade 20% Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration 20% Gemma Pea Protein Isolate 20% Protease Enzyme Complex

Just ordered a freakish blend of powder from TP, we'll see how it goes. Hard to argue with $8 a pound.

Well I guess for those that don't know what whey is... Unfortunately some people do not know. Glad to see they were informed and fixed the 'issue' quickly. J Warning: This firearm will fire when trigger is pulled. Warning: Hot coffee is hot

Or, you know, two five pounders. Whatever is cheaper .

I typically just pick up a 5 lb. bag of EAS at Sam's Club, but the last time I was there I noticed the price exceeded what I can get from BodyBuilding.com. I've got plenty left but next go around I'll likely order a 10 lb. tub of whatever is ≤$0.625 a scoop
