Even though some things are better left unsaid There's a few things I need to get off my chest I need to vent - let me tell you why I'm suicidal, maniacal, self-destructive You leave me no hope, no life Nothing worth living for I've taken it, can't take it anymore My worst nightmare You make me want to slit my own fucking throat Just so I'll be rid of you Just to get rid of you You self-righteous fuck Give me a reason not to rip your fucking face off Why don't you take a good look in these eyes Cause I'm the one that's gonna tear your fucking heart out My hate is contagious; you've got no one to run to EXILE EXILE EXILE EXILE Just tell me fucking why everything becomes an issue Your opinion is always senseless - fuck this You make my fucking skin crawl I've lived with it - can't stand anymore My worst nightmare I want to take a bullet in the fucking head Every time I think of you, every time I think of you

Even dried anchos? Anchos have a thick, rubbery skin and are a PITA to pulverize unless you freeze them solid. Dried Pasilia's too. Dried guajillo, cascabel, piquin, and de arbol chiles have papery skin and are really easy to shred.
-
Grinding your own chiles is worth it. If you're grinding anchos make sure to freeze the bastards first. It's like grinding up gummy bears otherwise.

As a general rule any veggie that requires 1 cup raw instead of 1/2 cup to count as a serving I usually don't touch

http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/choose-choix/fruit/serving-portion-eng.php 2 carrots + 2 stalks of celery + 1 banana + 1 apple = ~4 servings of vegetables, ~2 servings of fruit.
-
Usually two stalks of celery, two carrots, an apple, a banana and ice cubes. Less than 500 calories and a full day's serving of fruits and veggies.
-
I do this every day, too. Not a lot of leafy green veggies, though. Can't stand most of them.
-
They also have powdered peanut butter

Predetermined mixes of spices are not spices and should never be used for anything. Your own mix is viable, but if it isn't made fresh the day of use it is pretty much garbage. Forgot how easy it is to rile you up when it comes to seasonings Obviously I "roll my own", just saying that the spice blend in my chili uses (almost) all the same ingredients as store bought chili powder, so technically yes chili powder does belong in chili. Technically.
-
I like to use tough pieces of cow and let it simmer. Marrow bones too if I can find 'em. Basically chunks of spiced meat in broth. So good.
-
Chili powder = powdered chiles, salt, cumin, garlic, paprika; everything I already put in my chili
-
That isn't chili. Chili does NOT have chili powder in it. The rest is somewhat normal though. Sure it does.
-
I make a similar, much more manageable version: 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1 scoop whey, 2 tablespoons peanut butter. ~500 calories, 46g protein, 7g fiber.
